Re the Bank jobs, as it dawns on people we have a long two years ahead where nothing much changes and trade goes on as it was, all the jitters will be soothed away, and the transition to a new trade deal with EU will become part of every day life, nothing to worry about
We're a capable cunning lot, absolutely not a thing to concern is
The EU may collapse, but it was always going to anyway. Money will flock to safe haven Britain, we are the future story, the EU is the past
Brexit is the progressive view0 -

But they weren't.
We have voted out although noons knows what that means
Agree with comments above. Be interesting if a remain party is formed in next ge
I expect more lunacy in politics full stop as it's clear now you can convince idiots to vote for any old tosh (ala xfactor)
Expect plenty of grandstanding about who's going to tell the EU what's what and get Britain the bestdeal
Abstaining is a vote for Tynnary. Anyone who did not voted actually voted for....nothing.
The result is the result.
We are where we are.
Democracy is NOT let's vote until we get the result we want.
I voted STAY.
Now let's move on. Let's get out of the EU ASAPThere will be no Brexit dividend for Britain.0 -

Plenty of other sources out there too which says a vote in Parliament is required.
For me - my MP has a mandate to vote Remain. He was Remain at last years election and that's what I voted for. Also the area I live voted remain in the ref.
My guess - the Tories will have their leadership election, MPs will vote to Remain and an election will be triggered.0 -
Yolina,
You have my full support.
If you care to fly to Luxembourg you will find a perfect environment for your people.
Ooops I've just noticed a typo in my post you quoted
It should have been 'talking' instead of 'taking'
I need time to look at various options properly and in detail, but I'll add Luxembourg to the listNow free from the incompetence of vodafail0 -
Let's us be clear.
Democracy in Great Britain is not a fixed election like we have seen in other Countrys.
We had a referendum.
Every one had a free vote.
We all listened to the arguments from both sides.
There were NOT ARMED SOLDIERS at the election station.
We cast our vote.
We very carefully counted the votes.
The result was declared.
We now have to ACCEPT the result.
AND LEAVE THE EU ASAP.There will be no Brexit dividend for Britain.0 -

I'm guessing you meant Accept?
The election wasnt legally binding. If you were really paying attention you would know that?0 -

Nicola Sturgeon says MSPs at Holyrood could veto Brexit:

It seems not according to Brexiters... After all, it's not like a combination of rising nationalism and a slow economy ever caused something bad to happen before in Europe...Now free from the incompetence of vodafail0
