there is no-one that wants lower houses prices if it means wrecking the economy.

A lot of the HPC gang do. I think they feel the whole system has been designed to benefit a certain demographic and they just want to see it burn now. I'm just observing.

The HPC gang rooting for brexit surely must be the biggest argument to remain. :D
Don't blame me, I voted Remain.

I have not had time to read it but I'm sure there is food for both camps.

Given a simple binary choice of options, it is inevitable that both camps have very varied fellow travellers.

Something that the two acolytes with a brain cell each would normally have deduced if their acolyte extremism had not addled their brains.

Given that only something like 30% of people bothered to vote in the recent local elections, do people think the EU referendum will be any different?

It could be that while the actual majority of UK voters may well want to stay in the EU, if the Out voters are more motivated they could carry the day by actually rocking up to cast a vote.

A lot of Out voters are angry and anger is a great motivator....

George Osborne will say anything to win a remain vote, most of which he knows is patently untrue.

Remember what Dave said on the run-up to the re-negotiation?

"The British people will thrive whether in or outside of the EU"

Snake Osborne seems to have erased this from his memory.

Where did I mention the word 'hate'?

A lot of Brexiters are angry about the lies we are being told with Project Fear. I know of two waverers who have today moved into the Brexit camp on the back of Cameron's absurd 'if we leave the EU, there will be a war in Europe' statement.

People are noticing that the Remain campaign cant bring themselves to say anything positive about staying in Europe and so have to resort to this sort of tripe.

That's an absurd statement indeed. That's why he never made it.
Here is transcript of Cameron's speech today.

I burst out laughing when I read this part of his speech: "The reason that I want Britain to stay in a reformed EU is...."

LOL, 'reformed EU', an oxymoron if I ever heard one.
