If we vote for Brexit what happens

Leave Boomers excoriated in the Independent:
http://www.independent.co.uk/voices/brexit-leave-remain-europe-supreme-court-case-young-people-students-theresa-may-parents-betrayed-a7528146.htmlYoung people overwhelmingly voted for a practical, sensible option. The older generation showed themselves to be gullible and naive.
The old statistic about taking billions from the EU and giving it to the NHS has long been exposed as a lie. It was also argued that, if we left the EU, fewer immigrants would come into the country and “take our jobs”. Now our jobs will be taken away from us anyway as a result of leaving the EU, and we’ve proven ourselves to be a nation of xenophobes in the process. It’s hard to feel proud to be British in that political context.
Theresa May is not the problem; the problem is to be found much closer to home. Our parents and grandparents are the ones who voted against us and our futures in a naive and gullible belief that breaking away from the concepts of solidarity and unity could actually be a good thing.

For shame boomers. For shame.
From that link (which is an opinion-only piece BTW):I cannot begin to fathom why so many young people’s parents voted to reduce their children’s chances of finding a job and having a secure future.
https://www.statista.com/statistics/266228/youth-unemployment-rate-in-eu-countries/
EU average: 18.4% unemployed
UK: 12.9%
So where would these young people be more-likely to find work?
That's right, the UK.
Read the comments too.
One example:Your premise is that of the 75% of 'the 36%' (Indie) of your age group that voted, voted remain and have been 'betrayed' by your parents? Your age group ought to be ashamed. The vote of a life time and 64% didn't bother.0 -

EU statistics of unemployment rates of under-25's in 2016:

EU average: 18.4% unemployed
UK: 12.9%

One example:
We've done all this. If the UK used the same definition of unemployed that the Germans do then the unemployment rates would be no better than the EU, and by some measures would be worse (Germany for example, doesn't consider part time workers or those on zero hours contracts to count as employed).
The naive gullibility that the author of the piece points out is well displayed in your post. Except it's Nigel Farage who promised you a dozen magic beans in exchange for your childrens' futures.
A dozen, old, xenophobic old, magic beans.0 -

Your desire for a quick exit is yours, quite why the speed of exit is a 'thing' for you I don`t know.
My desire for a quick exit from the UK is also mine.
I also look forward to standing against the incumbent Conservative in the 2020 UK election, hopefully winning the seat and taking the UK back into the EU, into Schengen, into the Euro and into an ever closer Europe against the Brexiteers will. If I lose in 2020, I will re-stand in 2025 on the same promise.
The battle may have been won, but trust me, as in Farage's words, this is unfinished business.💙💛 💔0 -
