Changing the time and date stamp.
Most internet camera/phones match this up with the provider of the service. Internet can be disconnected and it is easy to change the time and date stamp.
Once a picture is taken, it must then be reverted back to the correct time for the next picture.
Digital cameras not using a provider can indeed switch backwards and forwards as often as they wish.
So, as the so called warden, ticket issuer is probably not the brightest star in the sky, they would have to be shown what to do.
Of course Council and Police cameras need to be calibrated daily to ensure all is ok.
The information required is what cameras these companies are using, and is there actually software that can be downloaded to the phone.
I assume that the ticket issuer sends the picture to the PPC from his/her phone. This can be saved to a computer and thereafter,
who knows ..... read this

I know, not much difference to the "milky bar kid"
BUT, who doctors the pictures ???
I don't think there was any doubt the wardens were doctoring the pictures. The question are, was this with the complicit approval of management? How were so many wardens doing the same thing? How was the information on how to commit the fraud being passed between wardens? Why was this not picked up when motorists complained? Why did Action Fraud decline to investigate a fraud which may be worth 6 figures annually?Dedicated to driving up standards in parking0 -
Initially the company wholeheartedly supported their staff and stated that the time-stamps could could not be altered and that the motorists were in the wrong.
Only when the obvious anomalies in the pictures were publicised on various web did the company backtrack and change their story to the "rogue employees" excuse. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -

And yet more dodgy dealings by UKPC:-
http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/2016/01/yet-more-scams-by-ukpc.html
This time over their alleged use of council signs.
No way can UKPC use the "rogue operator" excuse over this. This takes more thought and planning to obtain those council signs and erect them next to the UKPC signs,What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -

Which ever way you look at it UKPC are encouraging these underhanded tactics by paying staff the minimum and topping up with incentives to snare as many victims as possible!0 -

In the BBC's article and the Pranksters,
Patrick Troy's statement to the BBC
"If there's a repeat of any kind of misbehaviour, that will almost certainly result in expulsion or further suspension."
Well Mr Troy, as they say "actions speak louder than words"
You have a duty to the motorist as the BPA, to expel UKPC because ...
1: UKPC cannot be trusted and are not a credible BPA Member
2: BPA can no longer be accepted as credible
3: If the BPA and DVLA do not ban UKPC for life, the question will be .... what are the connections with UKPC by Troy/BPA and the DVLA ???0 -
