Sends are now at £62.38 so doing well up to yet. Need to get some veg tomorrow - thought we had enough left but apart from carrots we will be struggling. Will decide what tomorrow once there.
Grandson here tomorrow as well as mum and he has asked for sausage & mash so have taken them out of the freezer - cheap meal as already in.
Last night we had salmon, potatoes and salad followed by fresh fruit and yoghurt.
Hope everyone is doing well so far.MARCH £62.38/2500 -

May I join you?
My weekly budget is at the moment way too much so from this week I have cut this back to £30.00 per week.
At the moment I have £14.00 left in my purse to last until Friday which is quite good as I have full freezer, fridge and cupboards so should manage quite easily.

I'm back in for £400 a month. I've been tracking the month so will update sig later. About to be living in 2 houses in 2 countries as dh starts his new job 3 months before the rest of us can move so will need to allow for what he eats as well as what we spend here.“the princess jumped from the tower & she learned that she could fly all along. she never needed those wings.”

Well all good intentions gone to pot. Unexpected guests, arthritis playing up reach for the quickest and easiest. We have probably eaten more convenience food in the past two weeks than in the past 2 months and I can't begin to think how much has been spent
So...... everything looking better so for the next two weeks sticking to 50 pounds that might pull it back a bit!

£120.30 as we go into week 3. Wouldn't be bad if it wasn't a 5 week month!
Finally defrosted the freezer. Unfortunately no UFO's - everything was already on my list, and a few things were still on my list that we must have eaten. I am now at the danger stage - empty basket. I MUST resist the temptation to fill it. I want to run down the odds and ends first. To that end we had rump steak for dinner from a July Musclefood delivery. Yuuuum.

I seem to have lost track slightly but will get back to it this week. Hubby picked up some ys bits on Saterday so since I'm a day off will try and batch cook up some stuff to save cooking in the week and buying impulse purchases.
Will be cooking a big chicken tonight with veggies and then portion leftovers for the cats meals for a few days( cheaper than his cat food).
I'm sure I need to pick up a few bits today but will check cupboard and write a list.Grocery challenge October: £228.28/£250.00 NSD 4 ( not completed)
Grocery challenge November : £291.65/300.00 NSD 10
