That's right, OLA numbers are a thing I remember from Santander, and it could well be a cut & paste job by TCB.

I am also glad to see that my details will be held by the aptly named OMG Services Ltd ......

You seem to missed the humour in colsten's post?

I've just applied. No sign of any OLA reference number either during the application submission process or on the email received post-submission. Not tracking in my TCB account yet though.

Also dug out the T and C for the Quidco offer from a few weeks back and explicitly state that cashback only payable to new customers with no such wording in the T and C for this new TCB offer.

Still no sign of my cashback being tracked c2 hours post transaction.....anyone else not receive their's pretty much straight away? (When I did Nationwide through TCB I got tracking within a few minutes of application as it seems have a few posters on this thread.) Does show on my clicked through merchants at the time I clicked to apply and got the pop up message saying my visit had been recorded when I clicked through.

My post was intended to link to further information on OMG for anyone that wanted it. I quoted colsten's post to provide some context. That I didn't acknowledge the humour does not mean I missed it.
  • I applied via TCB a week ago (ended 31st Dec) when the offer was £105 cashback, but I don't remember the terms for that offer saying anything about switching or making this my main account like they do for the current offer.
I opened it in the hope of getting cashback and once I had the cashback switching it to another bank for a switch bonus

  • I applied at about 11pm and it hadn't tracked within the first hour. It was there when I woke up though.

Same experience as everyone above: no OLA, received email saying 5 days for a decision, tracked as the full amount on TCB.

I'm kind of hoping that there won't be a requirement to switch as it doesn't explicitly say that in the convoluted T&Cs.

Seems the £157.50 offer has been reduced to £42 - although the headline on the search page still says up to £157.50 - and TCB are also offering £15.75 cashback on opening a current account plus with the Co op. Seems the decimal point error suggestion may be right - surely this anomaly must be addressed soon by TCB and the Coop?

Those figures are different to what I can see through the links you've provided - I see:

    £15.15 on plus
£40.40 on the the non plus

Only the later of these is visible when I go through TCB and onto Co-operative Bank (i.e. without your links)
