Managed to fit a little nap in:D This morning I stripped all beds (except DS2 as he was still in it), washed bedding and carted the whole lot to the launderette. £2 to dry the lot plus some extra's thrown in. Bargain and saved my house looking like a laundry all week:) Dusted most of my room, including top of wardrobe, hoovered mattress, and sorted floordrobe:)

    Left to do...

    Monday:

    Clean out pan cupboard
    Clean out tupperware cupboard
    Make optitions appointment

    Wednesday:

    Check fire alarms
    Dust my room
    Vacuum bedroom & landing
    Sort towel cupboard
    Clean window
    Declutter 10 items for challenge

    Quick update:

[STRIKE]- Check fire alarms are working
    - Mend bathroom cupboard door
    - 9.30 play at service
    - 10.30 meeting [/STRIKE] - took the rest of the morning, but worth it
    - Finish chapter of my book and make notes
    - Start writing Unit 1 of new course (most of it currently in my head)
    - 14.30 meeting - cancelled
    - Carry on writing
    - 19.30 church party
    - Take down cards and decorations (except for one special piece which stays in place until Candlemass)

DH has asked me to go out for a walk with him this afternoon, so I can't work straight through. I'm just hoping the rain will keep off (soup for lunch needs another 5 minutes on the hob, and I can already see rain clouds approaching).

Bossy, the juice and sandwiches sounds perfect for a princess picnic :T
MMM, you sound very positive. Keep aiming for that dream job!

    Back later x

Oh I swept the kitchen floor as a box of breadsticks jumped out of the cupboard and you can imagine the rest :rotfl:

It must be one of those days. I came out of the gym to find a text from uni to say my student has cancelled today's assessment. Decided to go home via garden centre to get free coffee. Girl said "sorry we don't have any lids today". I smugly said I'm sure I could manage as far as the car park.....................guess what? Managed unsuccessfully to juggle coffee, car keys and handbag. Lucky it had cooled down or I'd have a scalded boob and arm. I'm about to put the wm on.

    Hope you did well Narc0lepsy!

I managed to clear 2 clothes horses of dry washing, fold and sort to correct rooms. Then hung up a basket of wet washing.

Stripped our bed and have remade it. Rehomed a few bits from my bedside table too.

Will fling hoover at bedroom once kids are home!

Me and the CDs are upstairs now in the study, continuing the decluttering.

dismantled front door wreath and remaining table decoration.
took down all tinsel and non-tree decs
    collected candles
    watered lounge plants
hoovered a bit then took it apart as seems blocked! probably holly leaves and glitter.

Will take tree decs off with Mr N later as we need to decide if anything can be chucked.
Hate, hate, hate saying goodbye Christmas!
