Mrs MP.. what's next on your knitty list?? I want to refind the pattern for that scarf I have still not knitted my mother and get that done ready for next Christmas, the pattern is on my other laptop and I can't remember what it was called.. you knitted one too IIRC.. then I want to do DS1 a jumper for next Christmas.. and I have to finish OH's mums cardy which is rammed at the bottom of my 'I'll get round to it' box of much hated projects.. and I still have a top for DD1 underway.. I have a bunch of fabric waiting to become lavender bags too.. I need to start cutting those out in random spare moments I think.. they take 5 minutes to construct, I'm just too busy or too lazy or something!

2 appointments tomorrow.. 10:30am and 1:30pm... so I don't see much getting done then :(

Off to bed I guess.. see if I can get some shut eye before Pixie wakes the world up with her dulcet tones!

Happy Birthday to Honey Bear's OH and I hope he's had a lovely day with lots of fuss.

.....but I went looking for something and forgot to press "Post" DDDDDDDoooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhh :o so it will have to be
    Many Happy Returns of Yesterday

DH and I had a pleasant afternoon walk on the common and called in at the garden centre for coffee on the way home. Amazing, we came home without having bought anything else there :D

All decorations and cards have been taken down this evening, both indoors and outdoors, and put away properly - except for the one thing which stays out until Candlemass. Loft space was tidied as I put the storage boxes away. The LR and kitchen are tidy and all surfaces clear.

    My list for later today:

    - Have a lie-in if I need to and wake up without the alarm (and hopefully without DH waking me!)
    - Shower
    - Eat breakfast prepared by DH
    - DH says he will take holly to the tip. While he's out: give the downstairs rooms a quick S&S, dust and hoover, just to get them looking clean as well as tidy. The deeper clean will have to wait until next week.
    - Then I *must* sit down and concentrate on writing the first unit of our new course
    - 7.00 pm first choral society practice of the term
    - Meanwhile DH will be hosting the wargames club committee meeting here

    Morning all

Woke up at 4am so not feeling it this morning :(

Yesterday went okay but more jobs outside the home than in it, although they are getting us organised nonetheless.

Today I am at work all day, 2 clubs for kiddies after school so won't be home until 7pm so we will see what gets done today.

I feel your pain with the nit situation Biscuit Monster my DS had it on and off for 3 months as one of his best mates had it and no-one would sort it out

Hope everyone has a good day.

I have a houseful this weekend, so need to get the house sorted out today (tomorrow is a hair appointment and finalising the food).

Pick up parcel from PO and try not to miss today's delivery (normal postman was off yesterday or this wouldn't have been a problem)
Laundry (why is there so much?)
    Hand washing
Make up spare beds and titivate bedrooms
Tidy kids room to make space for airbeds
Change my bedding and add extra layer of duvet
    Hoover, dust and deweb upstairs

Take rest of greenery and xmas tree outside (and out of the way) and hoover/dust/deweb downstairs

Tidy study and do filing as may have to put some chairs in there at various points.
