I'm definitely doing it this year:
1. Lose half a stone and tone up my mummy belly, totally over did it this last pregnancy (so the stretch marks on my hips tell me)
2. Cut down on chocolate, I eat silly amount's
3. Try and get into a job I love after my maternity leave ends
4. To enjoy my children and husband every day and not get bogged down with the small stuff
5. Cut out a couple of toxic people from my lifeNewly Married, not a 2b anymore!! Mum to two wonderful boys!0 -
joining in this year
so I would like to
1 spend more time outside, whatever the weather. I am easily put off by the weather but if I actually go out I do enjoy it so want to try to get out everyday.
2 Continue the jobsearch, if nothing happens consider volunteering to boost confidence
3 Enjoy the year spending time with family
4 Sort out getting some chickens for the allotment.0 -
Great thread, I'm in.
1. Lose 5 kilos and keep it off.
2. Start running again, minimum 20 mins 3x a week.
3. De-clutter and 'stage' house to sell it.
4. Do not by anything above absolute necessaries
5. Manage move and settling back in to UK in summer
6. Start to look for a job or training.
7. Throughout this try to manage anxiety with mindfulness, diet exercise rather than having a nevous breakdown!!
That's Enough to be going on with I think!!Trying to keep in budget.

1. To re-do our bathroom and maybe finish upstairs rooms.
2. To spend less time wasting time on the internet!!
3. To have a nice but cheap holiday so we can afford to go somewhere special for our 30ths!0 -
1. Get back in shape after having two kids. I'd like to lose a bit of weight, get my tummy back under control, and feel fitter.
2. Finish sorting out the garage. We've made some progress getting the house in order since moving in, but the garage is still full of clutter. It would be good to be able to use it to park a car by this time next year!
3. Have all the major sorting out of the house rooms finished - make sure the main furniture is in the right place in the right rooms, and we have enough storage. Possibly also have the study shelved...
4. Get DD1 happily started at school.
5. Be less stressed.
6. Get more sleep.
7. Do a proper sort out of my clothes and get the stuff i don't want / won't wear off to charity. Buy some nice new clothes that fit me properly.Mortgage when started: £330,995

Hello

2016:
Lose weight
Maintain weight around the 9stone mark
Train for a half marathon
Look into (with the aim of starting) strength training
Pay off at least half of debt
Get at least one room redecorated
Save for new bathroom and kitchen (dont expect to get them done this year but would like to start saving)
Visit a country I've not yet been to
Learn to drive
Ultimately I just want us all to make it through the year happy, safe and healthy. Completing the above will be amazing too
£15900 loan (including interest) over 3.5 years to pay off...can I do it sooner???
£940/£15900
Weight loss 0/28 lbs0 -
*Get a payrise at my next annual review
*Go on at least three holidays, two already in planning mode.
*Lose a stone, was doing well last year until the summer holiday - so I'm going to drink more water and less brews (have to have sugar), do more exercising at home and out on the bike when weather and light allows.
*spend less time on Fb and internet in general at home, bad habits!
*make more progress on house maintenance and updating, or at least saving enough money to do so0 -
Happy New Year!
This year I would like to:
Continue with my course of study in order to get a new job
Get a new job in the area that I'm currently studying
Begin to reduce my debts
Start saving money
Socialise a little more (I love doing karaoke - last year I only got to go to karaoke once!)0
