Afternoon all
Happy belated birthday Tweets, hope you've enjoyed all your treats.
Well, so much for coming back later as I said on my last post! DH and I arranged to go to the golf range with another couple. They had something else they needed to do and we expected them at midday but they arrived half an hour earlier, so I had to cut short my post. After the golf range we decided to have lunch out, then we ended up spending the rest of the day at there's and didn't come home till midnight!
Been out for a walk this morning but it's quite windy here - at least it's blown any cobwebs away. Planning to relax for the rest of the day! Lunch will be salad and we're having salmon with new potatoes and veg later, and no wine syns - I've used them all up the last 2 nights.
Hoping for a loss tomorrow to start the new challenge off on the right foot.
Hope everyone's having a good weekend, hugs to anyone not feeling well.
LL

Hi everyone
AWOL for a couple of non-SW friendly days. I have another cold  and yesterday all I wanted was cereal and heinz tomato soup so that's what I had. I can't wait for the weather to get a bit warmer, I'm never ill during spring/summer!
Happy belated birthday tweets, hope you had a fab day
Reigning it in a bit food-wise today
B - overnight oats with nectarine
L - chicken tikka masala using iceland sw sauce with cauli rice
T - sw fry up - eggs, bacon, beans and tomatoes
Went for a walk into town this morning for a bit of shopping (on an empty stomach stupid me) and couldn't resist popping into greggs. Ended up buying a tuna pasta salad and some fruit which is definite progress - what I really wanted was a sausage rollI fancied a latte as well but I didn't dare cos they always ask if you want a cake with it and I didn't trust myself to say no!
Back to my online food shop now .. have a great day everyone0 -

I don't like Tuna nor salad and can do without sausage rolls but latte and cake would have been my downfall
Thank you

That's my thinking Shrimpy and why I've also set my target at 7lbs - 1lb per week with 2 weeks for slip ups. I may need that as got a full 7-10 days soon. Off work with lots of social events planned plus it's my birthday in amongst it all. This'll be my first test since Xmas as I started mid-Nov. Quite pleased with 24lb lost in total and no gains so far although I've STS over several weeks.0 -
Evening all
I've counted up the weeks until my holiday and I have to take action - my b*m needs to be smaller to be comfortable for a 9hour flight!!
With this in mind I'd like to set my target at 12lb for the March/ April challenge, please. I'm 2 weeks into a new countdown, so that ties in nicelyWI day is Tues x

still trying to get my head round some aspects of it though.
