    Hi everyone

Thank you for your kind posts :A

Sorry I haven't posted. Not for a bad reason though - I've just been concentrating on earning money. I've got around £170 so far (not including my £150 bonus). I haven't paid anything off the arrears yet, but the money is safely tucked away ready to be added to OH's bonus 2 weeks on Friday. I'm seriously hoping I can pay it all in one fell swoop. I'm hoping OH's bonus is at least £1k, so have only got around £460 left to find.

The £170 has come from a mixture of Textbroker, mystery shopping, surveys and other bits and bobs. Not all of it is through yet, but I'm adding it to the rest as I go.

I did watch the tennis yesterday (thank god I wasn't working!!). I knew he would win it. Makes a change not to see Djokovic or Federer at the other end of the court!! He totally deserved that win and I hope he can go on to win the US Open again. Lendl must be his lucky charm :D

    Emz xx

Huge congrats on making so much money in such a short time:T. Please don't ever feel worried about confessing any financial setbacks and problems on here as we are all behind you 100% in your efforts and have total faith in you:A

I'm glad you got to see the tennis:T. Great to see a Brit take the crown again wasn't it?. Well done Andy:j:j:j. I don't think anyone should get too carried away though;). I still feel when Djokovic is playing 100% he'd beat Andy pretty much every time. Sorry:o. Also, given that Raonic was still very inexperienced and 'green', in his first final and battling the crowd as well as battling against Andy, he was amazing. Dare I say it but he did a lot better than Andy did at a similar age. Also, I know it was won in straight sets but, tiebreakers apart, there was only one break of serve in the whole match (first set 6-4). Huge praise should go to Raonic who seems a very nice young man, no histrionics or shouting in anger. I know we'll be seeing a lot more of him competing in finals.

  • It was a great day all round for Scots/Brits wasn't it, Heather Watson being the only non-Scot to win;)

I'm not surprised Andy has opted out of playing in the Davis Cup at the weekend, I think he's made a wise choice. It's great that he still plans to go along with the team to support them though. His interest in and influence on the younger, less experienced players must be invaluable to them:j.

    Hi INOD :)

Still plodding on. Just pulling in what extra money I can and then will see how much I can pay off when OH gets paid a week Friday. Should be okay I hope. If not then I've still got a few weeks to get the rest of the money (shouldn't be much - maybe a couple of hundred at most).

I've also only got £10 left in Amazon vouchers to pay my sister back. I got an award at work that allowed me to choose £15 worth of vouchers (I chose Amazon), so sent those to her this morning.

    Emz xx
