Hi All

A very high value womble for me today. I wont say the exact brands to disguise the transaction, but lets just say I asked around, and someone provided me with 2 high end childrens products that I had a use for (shall I sound any more cagey like) I just ran a quick check and brand new the items go for £170 each!!

I am also adding on £40 for the home made haircut my husband gave me the other day, because that is the cost of a simple cut and wash with blow dry finish in these here parts...

Nope definitely not mine

They used to give you the item free and double the difference in cash, it was well worth checking your receipts.

The scary thing is, how many of us do check our reciepts? I don't. Unless the price was totally out I wouldn't notice, not in the store anyway.
When things were really tight I used to add up my spend on my calculator as I went round. Then I would have noticed. But not now.

I had a good christmas shopping session today, boots 2 for the price of 3 is well worth doing, the gifts are not over priced either!!

Today was a good one. DS was invited to a party so both kids fed for free I will claim a fiver for my cheek.

Also found 6p roadkill.
