A few weeks ago I went into the bank to change the payment scheme on dh's life insurance (mandatory with the mortgage) from monthly to annual, as mine already is annual, and I find these recurring small payments a nuisance. The lady helped me, and when I asked if it would save any money, she said it would save us annually €24 admin costs! I distinctly remember the lady who helped us set up everything 6 years ago saying there would be no difference. Anyway, the first annual payment has just been taken out of our account, so I'm claiming the €24.Are you wombling, too, in '22? € 58,96 = £ 52.09Wombling in Restrictive Times (2021) € 2.138,82 = £ 1,813.15Wombabeluba 2020! € 453,22 = £ 403.842019's wi-wa-wombles € 2.244,20 = £ 1,909.46Wombling to wealth 2018 € 972,97 = £ 879.54Still a womble 2017 #25 € 7.116,68 = £ 6,309.50Wombling Free 2016 #2 € 3.484,31 = £ 3,104.590

I haven't posted on here for ages! But yesterday oh found a quinny stroller that was out for anyone to take which was good as ours was on its last legs! A 1ltr bottle of baileys given to us for hosting his cousin for 4 days, a whole meal and a crumble (which we had for dinner tonight) and a pack of moroccan couscous given to us by the outlaws, a free waitrose latte which I gave to a homeless person selling the big issue. It was a good day!DF as at 30/12/16
