    I'm spending it at my mums with my brother, my OH and our 2 children. Curry just arrived and one bottle of prosecco drunk already.. Perfect!

    My friends from my new job are all younger, so they're braving the crowds and going out. I, being the wise old soul that I am (ha!), am staying in with my cat and a bottle of gin, blissfully sitting in my robe and jammies watching Castle from the beginning (again). :D

    Someone was setting off fireworks up the road at midnight and woke me up.

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Me and OH both fell asleep on the settee around 10.30pm so decided not to bother to stay up for midnight. We went to bed but then were woken by fireworks. Some idiot was setting them off in the street almost right outside our house!

    My oh decided he didn't want to go out after all, so we stayed in, watched some crap telly, ate some party food and did a bit of online sales shopping. It was lovely!
