  • freespirit yay for your DS! Glad that job is all sorted for you. I was all set to buy a chalkboard and do one myself for the HCS but then I realised on the pin that it was a free printable! So I did that as it's sooo much easier than doing my own. I had to have my HCS up on one of my kitchen surfaces so Wiggle couldn't get to it but I hope to have it somewhere better when we move into our new house.

Peppapig glad to hear you had such a lovely day with your DD. I don't blame you getting your garden done – I'm not a gardener either! I like growing the odd bit of fruit and veg but i'm not very good with the rest of the garden!

nitnurse I hope your DH gets over this quickly, it doesn't sound very pleasant! I'm sorry to hear you were having those symptoms but glad the meds are helping with it, nothing wrong with that if you feel that is what you need. I have several unfinished cross stitch projects from the past, i'm not sure I could get back into them now, but I always make sure I finish things nowadays!

vulpix hope you enjoy the comedy night!
  • Freespirit, I bought a lovely king size memory foam sprung mattress from Amazon for £80 delivered :money:

  • Goodness, where does all the time go? Peppa, you keep popping into my thoughts, hoping you are OK, and will soon be recuperating. Vulpix, Mrl was no good at DIY when he was well, so it all fell to me anyway, funny how you manage, together, 'never a cross word,' eh?
Princess Kitty, a clip and climb party is a climbing wall experience, all safely clipped to a harness, and acrobatics not included.
As l sit here, l see that my neighbour is having all her UPVC cleaned, the man doing it is very......very...... well, the Coca-Cola ad springs to mind, (along with other thoughts! norty, norty mrsl). Must go and scrub a floor or something, lol.

    Its quiet in here again!

Free- glad you have the bed sorted, DD had a lovely one off ebay last year- 3"memory foam topper with a sprung mattress, surprisingly good quality- think it was £80 for a double. Hopefully once you have that sorted your back pain may be a little easier x

Peppa- Im thinking of you (as we all are), I hope that you are soon on the road to recovery and can put all this behind you. Come back to us as soon as you can Mrs!!!

princesskitty- cant remember if I had commented on the pics, but they are lovely to see any time of year! I thought the chalkboard was very professional too.

Vulpix- glad the DIY went well, I have a divorce solicitor on speed dial whenever DH feels the need to make something!!

Mrs I- (is UPVC cleaning a euphemism lol? )You can ogle as much as you like!

Nothing Christmassy going on here (nor is there any sewing being done- not feeling brave enough yet lol!).

Anyone heard how Feisty is getting along?

    Take care everyone xx
    lovin' this site!

If you have Sky apparently you can download the first Kung foo panda film and have the dvd sent all for free. A nice little stocking filler.

NO all he said was 'it needs investigating see your dr' omg what a waste of my time!

PEPPAPIG im so glad you had a lovely day out at the vintage fairs, it must have done you the world of good! Im the same i will never be a gardner either, i need ground force round here! Just in case you dont get on before tomorrow, im wishing you all the luck in the world and hope everything goes as it should for you, sending you lots and lots of hugs as i know you will be dreading it all! Hope your recovery goes well and is as quick as possible, before you know it you will be back in your own bed xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

NITNURSE oh bless you no if i really think i have got to the stage where i need them i will tell the doctor, i have been on and off them for over 20 years, this last episode has been 4 years, so i think its good for me to have a break from them if i can, i know the signs so will not ignore them, thankyou :) I am glad you are finding relief from taking meds for your anxiety, i feel so much better knowing i have tabs if i need them for that now, i didnt find my ADs ever worked for my anxiety although they said they should! Free re the stomach cramps - don't forget you're losing weight as well and the meds you're taking might be affecting your tummy differently because they're not taking so long to work through your system and might be having a harder impact.
Peppa all the very best for tomorrow x

Goood Morning and Happy March :j

I have my coffee (decafe) in hand and have finally found myself some time to catch up, only had 5 pages but still :o

Peppa – Fantastic news that it hasn’t spread :D:D sending big wishes and a speedy recovery.

Princesskitty – Cream tea baskets sound wonderful, would be my perfect present!! How annoying re the rental property, sometimes estate agents just don’t use their brain. I really hope you find something suitable and quick, on the plus side fantastic news on the sale. Thank you for the lovely Christmas pics.

Vulpix – injections under the knee made me squirm, sorry that wasn’t very supportive haha! You will be ok, soon be done.

Free – Sending warming and healing hugs!!!!!!

Sorry I know I have missed some people, my little brain can only take to much in :o I am keeping quite up to date with birthday gifts. Planning on getting a few bunches of flowers Saturday and tying them together myself for my Mum and MIL ready for Sunday.
Christmas I haven't really got to far with yet....although I have been wondering what to do for my brother and his GF. They may or may not be here by then as they are going to Canada for up to 2 years initially (if thing's work out they might not come back if they can alter the Visa whilst there). I think it will be list making time soon.
Off to the cinema tonight with two of my best friends which will be nice. Leaving the men to fend for themselves when it comes to tea :rotfl: I'm sure they will cope.
Life has been very busy recently, but hopefully I will have a bit more time again. I really want to book in my sewing lessons which my mum and dad got me for my birthday. You can take your own machine which will be really handy. Hopefully I'll be sewing allsorts soon after :D

Milk & Cookies all round :santa2:
Christmas is the most magical time of the year :santa2:
