  • Evening everyone, just a quickie to say thankyou for the PMs ladies (you keep me going :)) i am still suffering from a lot of pain, i think it is all caused by a severe reaction with my painkillers (which of course i have been taking more of with the fibro :o) reacting with my ibs, i have had fever, chills, cramps, stitch like vicious pains, diahrr, the opposite of that, at one point my DS thought it was appendicitis i was in so much pain! Its been 8 days now that i have been in pain and all i want to do is sleep although i cant get comfortable, i am really getting cabin fever now as havent been out for 12 days, so today i have been really down in the dumps, i will be back :rotfl:but everything is such an effort, even as far as getting my laptop out! Sending much love and hugs to you all, take care!

Sending love and hugs FREE. Chronic pain is so debilitating it's no wonder you're feeling down, I do hope this passes very soon and you can get back to your usual self and enjoy things again.

Free- hopefully the fibro will start to settle down so you wont have to take as many painkillers x. Is there any way you can have a telephone appt with your GP? (I know you don't like going but this way you are at least in the safety of your own home) You could tell him/her how the painkillers are affecting you- they may suggest diff meds. Just an idea.

Peppa- how things? Enjoy your week with DGD x

Vulpix- yup you are right! 2016 isn't shaping up to be very nice at the moment. Fingers crossed it improves for all of us someday soon.

Well DH is officially unemployed! We have never been in this situation so its going to take a bit of re adjustment . Our plan is that he sets up on his own, but its risky and he doesn't cope very well with stress at the best of times, so Im sure its going to be a bumpy emotional ride over the next few months. There are so many avenues that we have to look into (by that I mean me!) in order to get it set up. He's going to be working from home for a while so that's going to be different for us as a couple as we are both used to having our own space. Still its making me use my dwindling brain cells- I spent yesterday trying to put a website together only for the damn pc to crash and I lost it all! I didn't use auto save- lesson learnt!

Enjoy the weekend as much as possible everyone, take care xx

Ha ha Murie, I can just imagine DH being all pleased with himself helping out with the shopping lol.

Well, some good news. The CT scan result is in and there isn't any sign of it having spread. :j Fingers crossed now that they can take it out with surgery and we can move on and put this behind us.

Off to collect DGD tomorrow so goodbye lie-ins and hello early rising lol. :D

  • Peppapig That's encouraging news regarding the CT scan. :T My thoughts are with you. :)

Murie Hope that your DH stuck to the list and didn't get anything extra! My dad goes for rolls and comes back with cakes as well!

    Free Get well soon! :)
A good life is when you assume nothing, do more, need less, smile often, dream big, laugh a lot, and realise how blessed you are.

    peppa,FANTASTIC news.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Mr V is unable to stick to a list.I will ask him to nip into the shop on his way home for something very specific that you only need for a recipe and he will either bring 6 or substitute it for something completely random.I once sent my ex to the shop with our last couple of quid for some potatoes and bacon,he returned with double cream and a newspaper.

I have been busy spring cleaning the house.Feels good to be grime free.Took 3 big bags of stuff to the chazzer today.I am on a mission to get rid of stuff.May start a bit of decorating tomorrow.

I noticed a rhodedendron (sp) flowering today and loada daffs out, seems very early.Daffs usually just start around my birthday which is in March.

    Happy Valentines Day. Vx
