Love the jumper PLUMDUFF, the tail and bottom on the back is inspired.
Just a quick visit. Our landline has been out for about five days and now the broadband is playing up and disappears for hours without notice so I won't hang about in case it goes. Will get back on later if I've got a connection.
Can't believe we're so close now! It's the most wonderful timeof the year :0 -
Great news vulpix. I find when I'm happy with my home I feel happier with most things.
plumduff I'm sure your grandson will look so cute in that jumper.
Good luck with your connection peppa!
Mum and dad came back from their wee break and picked up the dog and gave DS and I a gift each. Both Christmas decorations, mine are flamingos! And DS has a mini wooden tree with hooks and little decorations to hook on. They've both been put up in the kitchen. DS never leaves my side so it was pointless putting it in his room. Now the dog has gone I can put up the tree!0 -

Good morning everyone - well I went through my presents yesterday and found things I'd forgotten I'd bought so list to buy is not as long as I'd thought
.
Two main presents to buy which will be about £80 and some little chocolate treats to put in with presents so I shall buy these from the pound shops so probably about £100 will finish my Christmas shopping. I always make Scottish tablet to give to sisters, mum and some other relatives. We are all meeting up on Saturday and going for a festive lunch out so I shall make the tablet on Friday to add to their presents. I also have to sew 4 quilted presents so I'll need to get a move on with them.
I'm just getting ready to visit ds, ddil and grandchildren and can't wait to see little ones face when he sees his Rudolph jumper. I also have snowman hat and mitts for dgd and Star Wars storm trooper hat for oldest dgs. Next time I see them it will be Christmas and they'll get their main presents then.
I'll put my tree up on Friday and decorations up on Friday xxDebt free - Mortgage free - Work free ( in that order)

Peppa- that look looks lovely! Pants about the land line and internet issues though.
Plumduff- ooh that jumper is so sweet, Im sure he will love it and the others theirs too.
Mrs Moneypenny- hope you had a hot chocolate to celebrate the tree going up!
Framalamadindong- evry time I look round our kitten is in the tree! So far he has left the majority of decorations alone, although he has taken a liking to my glass snowman that DS bought me last week.
Vulpix how did the decorating go- is it finished yet?
Free- did you enjoy decorating your tree? I bought a Brioche shaped like a Christmas tree for Christmas morning breakfast on Saturday- just have to keep it hidden so DD doesn't see it and start munching.
Anyone heard from Mrs I? Hope she is OK.
Well DH is sorted- sort of! We have agreed that as we are lucky enough to have everything we want/need (apart from a lottery win- not the £10 sort either!), we will donate the money we would normally spend on the big present to each other to a children's charity. So that is him sorted now! I have to get DD a pair of pjs (but she is sooo picky I am waiting for her to identify some she likes) and the food for moms Christmas eve hamper which I cant get til a few days before and I AM DONE! Phew!lovin' this site!

Plumduff you made me laugh out loud!! brilliant sweatwer.
Where does the time go? l seem to have been too busy to even take a deep breath.
However, majority of presents are now er, presentable, and Christmas has come out of the loft into a bedroom, so the decorating begins today. will do the porch first, as it is smallest project, then clear the living room of non Christmas tutt and replace it with Christmas tutt, and so on. Also got the final things for the hampers so may even make a start on them. Or, perhaps go back to bed and hide from it all.
l haven't done this months challenge inspiration blowout, sorry.0 -
Morning all
Murie we had hot chocolate mince pies and Christmas music

Almost finished writing cards, I have adults at work to do plus hand delivering all the local ones. Need a trip to the post office as well. Oh and the wrapping. I knew all that overtime recently would make me fall behind
Hope everyone is well.SPC~12 ot 124
