Oh bad luck KM - how very annoying. As you say though you could kind of compensate a little by buying another 2. If it was me I would buy another 6 whilst they are on offer.

It's a mystery to me, Aesop:rotfl:. Could be as simple as someone's credit card being out of date but in that case why don't they update the details when prompted by Amazon , that's if they still want the book?

I don't think there is a blocking feature with Amazon, I'll have to check. When you get a sale the buyer's full details (name and address) are visible but for a pending order only the name is shown. Sometimes it's just a bit of the name, for instance the first one that was pending just had the name Andrea as the potential buyer so it's not like a user-name type of thing like on eBay where you'd know who to block.

The email I had from Amazon notifying me of the pending situation is here:
