    Positive and negative day today!
Sold an old phone on eBay for £55
    Sold a PlayStation 2 for £55
Withdrew £310 from PayPal into savings
Had a refund request for £30 claiming item not received! Had to refund and claim compensation from Royal Mail which could take 30-90 days 😡
    Frustrated to say the least

Oh i do hate it when that happens - hope you get refund asap from RM. Would certainly be worth using courier or recorded del for an item of that cost - in my experience there are people who claim when neither of these are used unfortunately :(

Still adding up the pennies here. Despite buying a couple of boxsets on ebay i still managed to transfer another £8 odds to my savings account. Now have £73.58 in there :D

Oh just discovered a £10 payment from DIPST RESEAR LTD in bank account - anyone know who that is?

Will move that over to savings too so now £83.58!

it's not a hassle/complicated selling on ebay. well the wrapping a 100 parcels could be considered a hassle hey carbootcrazy?

    Too right!!!!:rotfl:

To be fair I didn't use all the 100 listings so it wasn't that bad, I only managed to get 47 listed in the time and sold 39 of them. Listing is even worse than the parcelling-up IMO, but wrapping 39 individual items pretty much all different shapes and sizes, several needing boxes found to put them in etc was more than enough for me. Having to do 100 would send me into total meltdown:eek:. Can you tell I'm not exactly an eBay fan?;)

I've just filled in the GP Patient Survey from Mori. They randomly selected people registered with GP surgeries all across England and it says even if you haven't visited a GP recently your opinions still count.

Luckily for me I haven't had cause to see my GP in years:j so I can't see how useful my answers will be but I did it anyway as I had a reminder yesterday in the post. The survey came in the form of quite a long booklet but it was easy enough to fill in as it was only boxes to check and no additional comments to write. I opted to do it online and it seemed very strange to be doing an online survey for no reward:rotfl:
  • 35p on prolific and 42p on Vivatic. Probably nothing else today as I'm off out in about half an hour and won't be back til gone midnight.

Do you do surveys from Panelbase? They are Dipsticks Research but maybe other survey companies are too.

  • Nothing to add for me today and I could kick myself.

Been to pay the next installment for my girly (50th) hol in October and called in a few shops whilst in the high street.

Called in superdrug to see if my olay face cream was on offer and it was!! 2 for £15.

Had two full bags of stuff one of which fell over on the back seat of car on way home.

After unpacking I only had one of the face creams. Been out to car and looked under seats several times.....even rang the store to see if I accidentally left it on the counter.

So mad with myself as something I normally pay a tenner for has now cost me £15.

Hey ho........it must have fallen out of bag on my travels.

    Note to self........BE MORE CAREFUL!!
    Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £60
