OK, time to admit my embarrassing story... I have been banned from a Post Office because I wouldn't tell her exactly what was in my letters and exactly why I wanted to send them by Signed For. The letters contained my dad's death certificates but I didn't really want to discuss that with her. It did get a little heated and resulted in her banning me. She actually told me I was banned from every Post Office in the country :rotfl: but fortunately she doesn't seem to have circulated my description!
Oh how I wish I still MS'd Post Offices - I would look out for that one and travel 100 miles to do the MS for free
That is crazy I have never had so much hassle I don't always even get asked and when I do I don't ever go into detail but then I have had completely different service in different post offices. I won't go to one by me as it takes them 5 minutes to do a first class bloody stamp lol xTotal Debt [STRIKE]£25,460 [/STRIKE](23/02/2016) £13,416.94.(paid 48%)

Fairyclicks, there is a fab couponing page on Facebook. The lady ia from mse and puts a lot of hard work and research into her page.
Then I also suggest the Topcashback, shopitize thread om mse and printable coupon thread.
You used to be able to compare morri7sons prices against other stores but not sure if that still works. You then buy stuff that would create a voucher.
Also take a look at mysupermarket site. They compare all your shops. If you have a smartphone you need some qpps.
And the bestbthing to do is try to use coupons on reduced items/offers to make the max out of them0 -

That does sound good, I don't do half as much as I used to nowadays though well not 1% probably. I gave up my business when my little boy was born (Regretting it now). I would like to start something again though just not sure what xTotal Debt [STRIKE]£25,460 [/STRIKE](23/02/2016) £13,416.94.(paid 48%)

So I decided to spend the Matalan vouchers I got on clothes for my little man as he was getting desperate and they have a sale on so I managed to get him a coat two pairs of jeans 5 tops and 2 jumpers for £44 which I thought was pretty good. Both pairs of jeans were full price as there were none in the sale. So I used my £42 vouchers and paid £2 so that takes my total to £225.32 which is great.
On the massively down side, some kretin stole my phone while I was shopping, as I rushed to get Vinnie into his pram and out of the pouring rain, I left my phone in the car it was out of site, but I must not have locked the door and someone had it. They must have been watching me though because it was under a pile of paperwork on my seat I don't know why someone would have looked their unless they were just trying random cars. As you can imagine I am gutted as I use my phone for so much of my money making. I can't afford a new one so I will have to just go without for nowTotal Debt [STRIKE]£25,460 [/STRIKE](23/02/2016) £13,416.94.(paid 48%)

Decided to add a "tea" section to my budgeting challenge because I, er... guys I have a problem. My name is Lex and I am a tea addict. I currently have 91 varieties (varieteas)and I cannot be stopped. I have filled and now overflowed two 3-tier trolleys.
So, setting myself a self-imposed budget of £40 a month to spend on new blends (and replacing old ones). Which is about how much I spend in a visit to whittards/twinings/covent garden/tea forte/insert tea shop here.
Anyone fancy a cuppa? :rotfl:
(I'm also including hot chocolate in this budget as I have rather the penchant for flavoured chocolates as well, though it's not as bad as my tea problem)
If I @ twinings and whittards often enough on twitter do you think they'll start sending me free tea :rotfl:
Ok I should really, finally, go take some surveys now that I'm not dying of the plague.Aqua 0/1850 Cap.One 0/450 Vanquis 0/500 HSBC 0/100

I've sold some samples on ebay.
I did my research and found someone had sold the same item for a lot more than I would normally sell at with free postage.
I don't mind free postage at the higher sale price
Off to work out fees.
I collected my free krispykreme today. The staff was so excited at my gold card and asked so many questions and were so excited for me.
Should have seen DS face at all the donuts :roftl:0 -

£40 a month on tea  you do need help I think we should stage an intervention lol xTotal Debt [STRIKE]£25,460 [/STRIKE](23/02/2016) £13,416.94.(paid 48%)

That's only 5-7 blends. I'm not talking a box of tetley here
Tea forte stuff is £15 a caddy. Whittard's £6.50+or so per blend (100g), Twinings the same. Prices vary on which leaf is used as the base etc. Especially white tea, which is very pricey (but oh so worth it)
Of course, it's loose leaf which means you get more tea for your money (especially since you can, nay should, re-steep the leaves two or three times)Aqua 0/1850 Cap.One 0/450 Vanquis 0/500 HSBC 0/100
