Hi guys, could someone help please? We have booked our first trip for September 2017 - how far in advance can you book trips? We want to see O at the Bellagio and helicopter ride (short one) over the Canyon. TIA0

edit - look like i don't have any choice! i guess i'll set up a new facebook account just to play the game with?
I set up two a few years ago - one for me, one for Mrsmonk.
There's a bit of effort in quickly accumulating friends but do it by using 'myvegas' as part of the name. Then search and add anyone with the same. Most will accept.
The app is good for generating a few 000 lps quickly, as is the blackjack one. The new pop slots doesn't seem as good but still worth trying.0 -

Very slow to build up lps on the mobile app compared to using a pc0 -

I've had mixed results on the apps. There have been days I've got a few thousand points, but more often than not I lose all the points and get next to nothing. 60 loyalty points every 4 hours on blackjack might be worthwhile for some as it's very quick to pick up.0 -
hi
and someone from edinburgh i assume?
anyhow as regards your questions
regarding the *free* drinks in theory you are right, but you are gambling(maybe winning but maybe losing too) and well its normally a $1 a drink ,so keep quite a few single dollar bills whenever you areout and about !
Buffets are always a good option i feel, 1 price, eat as much as you like !
i do like the mgm grand buffet
As for shows i do like david copperfield at the mgm and have seen him twice!
There are tixfortonight booths ( one is pretty close to the mgm )which offer discounted tickets for shows normally that same or next day !
sadly not stayed at the luxor but like most casino s in vegas its pretty huge!
what flights have you gone for?
hope this helps and of course ask away in regards other questions and im sure somone will be able to help
Thanks!
I wonder how you could tell I'm from Edinburgh! Beleive it or not I was originally goign to Vegas roundabout the 21st May this year. Glad I didn't!
Cheers for this. Had a bit on with other stuff so not really done as much planning as I usually do/would have liked. With only weeks to go I need to blitz it!
Going with Thomas Cook so leaving from Glasgow in a few weeks time!
There's a few gigs on when we're there like The Rolling Stones. Really want to see The Stones, playing two nights but the second hasn't sold out yet. Cheap tickets have sold out and are being resold for almost the price of a decent seat! Going to wait until nearer the time to see if I can get one at a decent price!Albert Einstein “Imagination is more important than knowledge”0 -

Someone was asking about ice machines, and there's one on each floor by the lift and the vending machines.
We had a basic pyramid room, standard Vegas room, 2 beds, big tv, not very modern but lots of space, bathroom a bit old fashioned, shower quite old school, nice pyramid soap, and yes we stayed in the pyramid with a fab strip view!
When we went it was 44 degrees so the air con struggled a bit, to be expected, we were on quite a high floor
Our taxi dropped us off at the tower entrance I think, so we went to the check in there where there was no queue and they happily checked us in, it was a genuine mistake on our part.
Food court was cheap and cheerful and Starbucks is always good!
Was in the Flamingo and MGM Sig this May, and Nov am back again, torn between MGM Sig and the Platinum, any recommendations between the two?
Thanks for this!Albert Einstein “Imagination is more important than knowledge”0 -

Worth trying when you are there even if sold out. Son wanted to see Coldplay at MGM , two days before nothing, day of the concert went to the box office a couple of hours before and got decent face value tickets no problem.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
