This is the sort of bottle you get... not sure what my tongue would be like if I actually had a cocktail that was that blue!! (we had a strawberry and milk concoction) Rose-Rabbit-Lie-Airmail-Flask-Cocktail-The-New-Moon.jpg

Note - the glasses are huge, therefore the ice cubes are absolutely gigantic!!

I'm trying to book reward stays with Myvegas, but I can't seem to figure out if I can use 2 stays in the same week.

    Can anyone advise?

    Thanks :)

Well just about recovered from my 5 days in Vegas. Had a sodding puncher driving back from LHR and had to drive like 70 miles at 50mph on a space saver plus tyre cant be repaired :(

Love San Francisco, spent 3 days there first. Had a yellow go car thing 1 day which was fun!

Vegas truly rised me on this trip, hardly won a thing. Managed to make Diamond status on my TR card for the first time but they did comp everything on my room bill ($800+)

Highlights from this trip was :-

Celine Dion - REALLY REALLY good l thought. Had fairly good seats

Absinthe show - LOL Stupid funny. Very offensive adult humor but brilliant. The performers were great, typical circus de soleil but impressive. Be warned if the ring master picks on you your in for it!

Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill - Gets mixed reviews on TA but me and my partner thought it was great and not to bad value.

Cheesecake Factory - Been to vegas 7 times now and this is my first time at the factory. MASSIVE portions. Much like the Grand Lux Cafe (think owned by the same ppl) Cheesecake was very nice but only god knows how anyone could eat a whole slice to themselves.

How was the weather in SF compared to Vegas?

The weather in SF was hotter than normal i think. When we hired the go car for the day me and my partner fairly sunburnt. I think it was around 25-26c one day.

Vegas was stupid hot, 40+ most days. Spent a couple hours around Caesars pool but thats all we could manage (still nursing sunburn)

Ouch! I've planned a few days in San Diego after my August Vegas trip, but would love to go back to SF (especially for the cooler temps!).

Agree it has been stupid hot.

115f/46c last couple of days on car temp display while driving.

We came earlier this year to avoid the August heat only to find record highs in June

Cabana at sunset station courtesy of my vegas

We had a cabana for the day yesterday after purchasing the reward while in Vegas, it has to be used within 15 days so it only shows up while in Vegas ( I think)

Was well worth it for the shade , the fan, the water misters ,the bottled water and fruit

Re Monte Carlo buffet on my Vegas

After all the stress of trying to get it...we got 2

I have cancelled one of them, it is prob the worst buffet I have ever had, poor selection and worse quality.

Even for free it wasn't worth it
