  • Oh dear lots of people with tooth related problems, hope they all get sorted. OH currently half way through a root canal and missed his appointment. Because he had cancelled a previous appointment last year they are threatening to kick him off their books.

FBO you sound happy! Despite all the cleaning x

My secret santa arrived yesterday btw, thank you whoever you are, it was the first one under the tree!

Progress today, general tidy and hoover of kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. WM and DW, Swish and swipe, plus waxed two doors and two beams. walked dog. Off to take Dd2 to Brownies, and will buy paint for hall ceiling while she is there. Will paint hall ceiling tonight, and possibly wrap a present or two. Fish and chips for tea as I decree I am much to busy to cook!

Pigpen you do realise that all this stuff is going to accumulate again when people start giving you presents back? With your lot you must get loads of pressies!!! One reason why I am glad that mine are older now and get cash/vouchers. Oh, does that make me sound a bit bah humbug?

no it won't because they will get a couple of things each from my mother which I have chosen and bought and the rest will be consumable stuff.. sweets, toiletries etc.. and I have 14 gift bags of stuff leaving and only 8 large carriers of stuff coming in.

I am VERY good at what I do.

    Wednesday added, mummyroys :)

Littlies in bed, I'm going to make a list of a couple of bits I need to pick up tomorrow lunchtime.

DD has her teacher gift for her Mon-Wed teacher (!) ready, and DS is taking a change of clothes for his class party. And a supply of crisps...

My living room doesn't feel very festive. I have my tree up, and a string of mini advent calendar stockings but that's it. Maybe it needs more - but not sure what... I think I have a light up gift box thingy in the loft - might go have a look. Seem to remember it sheds a lot of glitter :(
