And Nicki I can sympathise. I guess she is a teenager too and they seem to be unable to think of anyone except themselves! We have been having a few issues with DS2 sneaking his phone into bed with him then looking very bleary eyed when he wakes up.

She's 15 in April so very much a teenager :rotfl: I've told her that she is helping me get this house sorted and the gifts wrapped whether she likes it or not! Once the jobs are done I might consider letting her lie in for the rest of the week if only to get some peace ;)

Just sent DD out to Mr A with a list and £10. The shopping only comes to £6.50ish but it means she has extra if she can't get the cheaper options. She also has her phone but only as she's out of the house.

I'm going to pay bills I forgot to do yesterday and some surveys. By the time we're both done ex will probably be here!

    Morning flyladies.

    Happy birthday to Piggers Meems.
Hope the poorlies are feeling a bit better and any sore heads recover soon.

I don't know what I'm doing today. I laid in till 8 after a restless night with the dogs. I'll get the dailies done, but I'm only just dressed and have had mushrooms on toast, yum.

DD is coming round at some point when she recovers from her work party to get the massive parcel...it's now rewrapped but in pink Xmas paper as thats the only design I had enough of.

So I might get out in the green house, or I might just read the paper. I really don't know.

And Xmas is now ready in that all presents are wrapped, we're going out Xmas day and as all the other days are just days (DH is working) and the shops are open, I'm not panicking about buying extra food or anything.

    Have a great day everyone.

But the shops will all be full of people panic-buying for the 24 hours that the shops are closed...

And DH will be the one getting any bits we do need! So see, I don't need to panic at all. Feeling strangely calm here...there must be something wrong with me today.

Going to move now and wash my breakfast dishes.

I washed the dishes and had a quick hoover through downstairs only. No dog walking as OldDog is not bothered and LittleyDog is under the weather, so I've spent almost two hours practicing Christmas songs on the keyboard to regale the family with on Xmas day, haha.

    Paper reading next.

Bills paid, ALL personal accounts (even budget ones) all up to date, surveys done, all 150 email dealt with, and I've emptied the deleted folder as well! DD has been to Mr A and instead of texting or calling me to say they didn't have our usual 4pt skimmed milk (which I wanted 2 of as I had plans for it) so what should she get, she bought 2pt skimmed x2. :wall: So looks like I'll be going to Mr A on Monday maybe to pick up more milk and the rest of the shopping, 4pts won't last beyond then at the rate we're going through milk lately! She then took the dog for a walk as I've told her she is on dog duty until she's leaves the house to go away.

I'm going to do a quick work job then going to try and finish the window I think. I want to put my nets back up, and have some daylight in here again! My list is shrinking...just not very fast!
