Don't know whats up with me today but I'm feeling great, confident & glad I'm single :D I haven't felt this good about myself for weeks, if not months. I wonder if it will get even better when DD is back at school and I can start shifting some of this weight and improve my diet? :D Don't tell anyone, but I'm planning on dropping at least 1 dress size (preferbly 2) by Christmas as I plan to party this year like I'm 21 instead of 28 :T ;)

    :T :T :T :T

Yay Big Sis!! Great to hear you sounding sooooo positive!! :D

Tis NOT Fair however that you get to party like your 21...... cos i'll only just have turned 22 and be sat in the corner sipping soft drinks and balancing the glass on my baby bump!! :( Instead of being able to party!:rotfl:

MAYBE next year (when your here in Lpool for xmas..) We can both [strike]dump[/strike] leave the kids with Nanny +Grandad or daddy/uncle paul (just noticed that works for both ways around:rotfl: ) and we can go partying together....

thanks for the link, pigpen, i think i'll apply your rule of selling what i can. if it doesn't sell it can go to oxfam! that's my project for tonight, to upload 20 things i think. feeling a bit sorry for myself as i've texted 3 friends about having a coffee tonight, only one has even replied and she can't do it! my best mate moved from here a month ago and i miss her so much :( we used to have coffee / pint / walk at least twice a week, she's now 150 miles away.

Rach.. get yourself moved up here and I'll come out with you!!! I don't have any friends here to go anywhere with.. ok.. I only have 2 friends and both live out of travelling distance. Both have invited me over though so I may just have to take them up on that one day!

I am going to do a 27 fling boogie.. and get dinner on (corned dog hash) and then.. while it cooks I will attack the mountain on the clutter-surface in the kitchen.. see how much I can get rid of!!

  • Hi everyone!
Been a good ginger girl today! This morning took family to a farm park near us and remembered to pack our lunches before we went! DH is now getting into this - and even made the sarnies himself! 2 lots of washing done and on the line (ready to iron tonight whilst watching Silent Witness) - and made a lasagne and a chicken & pasta bake for the freezer ready for back to school.
Will aim for level 2 jobs between dinner and kids to bed!!
Tomorrow - got to go to work to run the payroll - but then aiming for some more flying and possibly freezer cooking (if there's any more space in there!)
I reckon I've earned myself a cuppa and one or two oreos!! (Mind you - still got some malteser bake left.....now there's an idea!!!)

Right.. I have finished preparing dinner, just waiting for it to cook.

I have a holdall of stuff to photograph for ebay and I have a carrier for nuersery and a carrier for charity shop!!! and you still can't see the work surface underneath.. I'll do some more later, or tomorrow.. but right now I am having a cuppa!

Hubby should be home shortly.. he has remembered to order DS1's shoes for school so they should be here before the weekend.

*sigh* I never seem to stop.. I have to do a swift whizz through the front room later.. oh the glee!!

Oooh.. I've just won DD1 the bag she wanted off ebay.. it is for school so it should be here in plenty of time as she doesn't go back until the 5th.. one happy daughter!!

... Everything.. if it isn't nailed down I'll sell it.. I'll pm you a link.. if I can get a few quid for it, it goes!! right.. i must move.. been on the phoneto hubby so not shifted yet.

Pigpen: I have so much stuff, mainly the kids' toys etc. Will they sell? How hard is it to photograph and describe everything, and then to get things packed and shipped? How do you know how much to charge for postage and packing?

Not done much today, had a "have lots to do but can't be ar*sed" sort of day. Before I knew it was time to collect girls from school.
Made lovely turkey steaks covered in seasoned breadcrumbs for tea (had a dried up heel of HM bread left for breadcrumbs). It went down well.

I did tidy and dust the living room but still need to hoover
    wash dishes (hate hate)
kitchen floor needs doing but can't promise anything

I need someone to initiate a half hour challenge, it is a bit early, you'll all be having your tea.. maybe later.

well, the last 30 minute timer session allowed me to file all my personal paperwork. just a few work bits to file now. i've blo**y managed to jam my shredder though. says max 5 sheets, but even 3 seem to jam it, and there's a nasty smell of buring motors. hopefully if i leave it a bit it might be ok.

am listening to a freebie download audiobook i got recently while i work, which passes the time!
