- nipped to Mr T's for a few bits,
- hoovered through downstairs,
- WM been on and pegged out
- Finished packing a few boxes that were ongoing and sealed up
- Tidied packing stuff in empty dining room and stacked boxes properly
- Sort out something from freezer for my tea, DS defrosting and DH to do his own while I'm out tonight
- Packed away bathmats and throw off bed after washing them yesterday

I have arranged 2 appointment for quotes for a new central heating boiler.. I had one done earlier in the year but thought an updated one plus a couple more would be good!! THEN I can save a deposit and then get the work done before half term hopefully.. THEN I'll be able to decorate DS1's room!!! It has 2 huge ancient boilers in there at the moment and I don't want to use the CH while he is in bed ebcause I am bordering on the neurotic regards CO emissions because the boiler stinks.. better to spend the moeny now and have the reassurance it is safe to use I think.. than to kill DS1 and then cry about it and how easily it could all be avoided.. see.. neurotic!!
The last of my NPB's has contacted me so only one not been in touch now.. but they might be at work so I'll wait unitl tomorrow before nagging again.
Guess I should make a move seeing as I have sat here all day working through the finances and insulating ideas and new boiler requirements and credit card statements and Lord knows what else.
Kitchen.. S&S... if you see me back here in anything less than half an hour.. slap me and throw me out!!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Hello everyone,
Well seems like me rushing around like a headless chicken at work on Sunday paid off in terms of tips - I got £9.35!!! That's about what I made in the entire time I've been there in one day! Considering that there were 3 waiting, 3 kitchen staff and 1 bar, the tips must have been amazing. It was very quiet at work today, but I did get to chat quite a lot to one of the other girls, and a really nice customer, who said he knows a headmaster at a school not too far away from me, and that he would enquire for me whether they have any teaching vacancies coming up. Don't think that I made any tips today as it was so quiet, but the customer I was chatting to bought me a drink which was nice of him.
It is quite a bit cooler down here today, but I'm glad, because for the first time I've worked at the pub I haven't needed to have a shower when I got home as well as before I went. I'm also getting better at pulling pints after my first useless one where the customer asked for a flake!I've pulled 2 and a half pints of bitter today, and they were all ok. :j I've also discovered that the other waitress who is the teacher also lives just around the corner from me, so it will be nice to have a friend nearby. :T
Well, I'm off to empty the DW cos it finished just as I was leaving for work, and then I'm going to have some lunch - I forgot I haven't eaten yet, and wondered why I was so hungry.

Good afternoon everyone,
Well the good news this morning has inspired me and I've just finished vacuuming and dusting like there was no tomorrow. So my list looks like this:
Level 1
[strike]Vacuum floors and sofas[/strike]
Level 2
[strike]Dusting, even if around everything[/strike]
[strike]Remove clutter making sure stairs especially are safe[/strike]
[strike]Clean TV, other electricals and cabinets
[/strike] The TV blew itself up about 6 months ago - best thing that ever happened!
Level 3
[strike]Wipe light switches and banister
[/strike]
Clean any other glass like mirrors etc
[strike]Tidy shoes, coats and bags
[/strike]
[strike]
Vacuum under furniture (only if you won't hurt yourself doing it, don't want any injuries)
[/strike] Middle age is upon me - my back aches after shifting the sofa
All I've got to do now is sort out my running kit for tomorrow. I've agreed to go to a running group with my friend - it'll be the first time I've run in over a year  .
Pigpen: What is it with you and prawns at the moment! I hope the lunchtime ones were in better condition than the ones you found last night.
Sexymouse: Good luck with the trial shift at Zizzi's. I've only been to the one near my parents - but I enjoyed the food.
Lil_me: I hope the BBQ goes ok and the weather stays fine (We've got rain up here).
Nicki: Keep up the positive mood - you sound in really good spirits.
Right - back to the studying. I hope DH has remembered he's cooking tonight!

I love prawns.. I bought 4 packs last time I was in tesco because they were reduced.. and I can't cope with them being in the house and not eating them.. so I've eaten mountains of them!!!! but I think this was the last pack
Right.. another half hour is in order I think.. S&S the kictehn, units and table.. and little appliances.. THEN I'm having another cuppa!!!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
