Not anything I can add to my total but nice all the same:T. Our local church had a Christmas Fair last weekend and OH bought some raffle tickets. They were £1 each so he only bought 2 (the spirit of Scrooge is alive and well in our house;)) , one for each of us.
A man has just been with my prize which I didn't even know I'd won, seeing as we didn't go to the event. It's a bottle of Bailey's and 2 nice glasses:T.
Actually, I can't stand the stuff and haven't any gifts still to buy for anyone so I'm donating it to the animal charity where I volunteer when I go tomorrow afternoon. They are desperate for raffle prizes for their own Christmas event at the weekend and I've been scouring the house for something I've already got that I can give them but nothing suitable's turned up. Among all my clutter you'd think there'd be something worth having wouldn't you?:o. Was going to have to go out tomorrow morning and buy something to donate so I'm dead chuffed about this Bailey's win. Will make a nice raffle prize for them and I'll save my pennies. Win-win:j:j:j0 -

I was a professional finishing painter, working on contract in the UK and in Holland, some years ago. (Seems like another life now)
After that we had our own company doing the interior painting on hovercraft and small fast ferries. This was when they were in dry dock having their refits and employed a team of six other painters.
When that work finished, due to the owners giving the refit contracts to a Belgian company, we had our own company doing - you've guessed - painting & decorating (mainly pubs), gardening and cleaning :rotfl:

Love the incompetence of this telephony. Am taking our pac codes and going. Cannot be dealing with such inept customer service. I even got told I had to ring the repair centre to ask where the tablet was.....I don't think so.
Hope you soon get it sorted (hugs)

Just called EON - I was £80.18 in credit and because of my usage and where my payments are at they suggested paying it back into my bank. I hate to so argue....
Also, just got a £7 voucher off a T Finest joint which I will use (min spend and I can get a nice beef one for the slow cooker for less than £8) so I'm counting that and putting the cash I would have spent in the pot.
Did a Waitrose order this morning (not anywhere near as expensive as you'd think if you are savvy) - Got an £122 order for £90 delivered. I'm counting the £10 code I used but not the other savings as those are ongoing discounts / savings etc on the food ideas (i.e half price etc).
That makes my December total to date... £106.18

He also brought me a £5 Love2Shop voucher from a postal survey.
I know it's not much but it's a nice regular earner and there's barely any effort or work involved:j
So a lovely round £60 to get December off to a nice start.£10day.2014=3213/2015=3421/2016=3238/2017=2702/2018=498..APR=12.03/300

No, not really. I'd have either bought something cheap (and felt mean but remembered the other day that my car tax is due at the end of the month so I need to keep a tight grip on my spending:o) or, more likely, used one of my vouchers and just topped up the amount with a little bit of 'real money'.0 -
I'll give it a go but can I go for £5 instead please:xmassmile EF: £10/£2,700 :xmassmile Fun:£10/£1,000 :xmassmile SPC#054 = £9.00 / £100.00 :xmassmile
