A complete fail on lunch to work as I broke the golden rule of popping in shop on the way to work but I did pick up some n@xt vouchers and scratch cards to finish off xmas gifts the same time, only spent £3.00 not budgeted for so not a huge spend, and we have a groc shop being delivered tonight so back to normal prepping lunches.

Another PAD this morning and thank you Bobarella it seems a lovely friendly thread over there, I just spoke to my slimming world consultant and I have decided that the £4.95 a week is something I can't afford to give up on it keeps me on track, I haven't been for 3 weeks or so and already Jeans are tight and I feel really awful so back to group tonight. I am counting this as my mental health weekly care.

I am watching my bank balance dwindling with this darn Christmas spending and I absolutely hate it I am determined to cwtch away £250- £300 to clear this targeted credit card in the new year I haven't a clue when I will be able to get to the bank though with all the holidays so first day after work it's open after Christmas it will be gone.. Less in bank less sales temptation on stuff I don't need.

Thank goodness I found this site!!

I am yet to find my charity for this month but very sadly there was a fatal accident locally a dad and an 8 year old were knocked over bless them and it turns out the mum/wife is a slimming world consultant locally so all the groups are collecting and raising funds via raffles so this is where min will be going tonight. God it doesn't bear thinking about one minute at a family Christmas party the next their gone. She has been so brave she called her son Little Bear, she donated his organs and he has already given new life to 8 people. :(

I am grateful today for my family as always, my consultant who has never ever given up on me with continuous support way past the financial gain she has from her percentage of my fiver lol, and a nice easy shift in work.

Savvy Shopper! I've been Money Tipped!
Just for me - that is so so sad. What happened do you know? Drunk driver? It's that time of year isn't it. How do you go on from a blow like that.

Just for me- I'm so sorry to read that, just tragic, must be a comfort to hear that he has saved lives.
My uncles partner was involved in a car accident a few weeks ago that was all over the news also, she was the only survivor, just awful.

You're not the only one Dizzyblnd, I've only made it to two so far and it's not looking hopeful I will make it to 15 cos something keeps cropping up despite how well I plan.
Today was another spend day as I needed yoghurt so for the children, DH asked me to get some toiletries while I was out and made is sound as if he was all out, when I put them away at home I noticed he had loads of supplies and that annoyed me cos I've worked so hard to run things down completely.
So we've painted the extension so far with one coat of emulsion bit need more, I'm disappointed that it's not finished as promised and I have had to postpone a family gathering at the weekend, in fact I'm angry, I gave them a deadline and 3 days they haven't been here this week, want them done and gone now and they arent getting a review or anything cos they have let me down.
Feel like I am moaning a lot lately but this is what I am grateful for
    1. DH bringing some reduced meat home for tea tonight.
    2. My friend listening to me rant
    3. DH for doing loads of painting.

Today I am grateful for the sunshine, for getting done what I needed to get done at work, for pupils performing well in exams (and doing themselves justice), for my stitch ripper (an dismembering a dozen bunnies  in order to reconstruct them differently), for good coffee.

2.) my counsellor, she just really seems to get me
