My bill/statement says Tariff Name: Simple and MSM August
So is that the same as MSE Collective Switch tariff ?
Still no reply from MSE. Assuming no reply in a few more business days, what next?0 -

But now Avro have stated they never pay an intro fee.
What Avro says means little, it appears, but the idea that your current supplier pays you for reducing his profit is somewhat far-fetched.0 -

I'm not surprised - you're contacting the wrong people.

[Edit] And if it's still showing as in progress then it suggests Avro haven't confirmed it to MSE.0 -

Yep, so I'm right to contact MSE?
I've taken screenshots of everything too0 -
Am quite a lot in credit and they won't refund me, I've been lied to 4 times now that I'll get it tomorrow, by the end of the week etc. They totally miscalculated by usage even though I give monthly meter readings. Any tips on how to get my money?0

You could just leave, and they should eventually refund everything they owe you, but that could take a while.

Even though I've complained via Resolver, the responses Avro have given are lies. They are a shambles, to say the least.0

How much is "quite a lot" in term of your actual usage cost?
