If I ask for a quote now the choice is only Super 12M, unless there is a way of accessing the non-default tariffs.Telegraph Sam

Probably that's because it's the cheapest available to you at the moment.Telegraph_Sam said:If I ask for a quote now the choice is only Super 12M, unless there is a way of accessing the non-default tariffs.

I have also done this on the past, sometimes a couple of times in a year when they have offered a cheaper tariff and have switched immediately . Looks like that may have been stopped now unless it is a glitch on their websiteRocox said:
I don't think this is correct as I switched to Simple and Super Saving a few weeks ago and then a week later to Simple and Super 12M without any issues.0 -
Millie,
Have you contacted Avro yet about why you can`t take up your online renewal offer for Super12M in mid June via your account?
Neither CAB or Which/Swich show the latest two Avro tariffs, Super12M or Gosuper 12m.
They show SuperSaving which is now defunct.

Thought I might have deleted the comment before anyone read it.

No. Not sure I can be bothered to wail in the queue on the phone (although in the past if I called at 9.00 when they open I have not waited more than a few minutes) if I try to get a quote now when asked to login I get no quote, just the normal home page.2010 said:Millie,

I went to Avro homepage and used the green Get a Quote button, top-right, entered my details and actually got a quote for 'Super12M' plus a Switch Now button. I didn't go any further but I wasn't asked to log in before getting the quote.I didn't use my real address so they probably didn't recognise me as an existing customer. If you were asked to log in for the quote, you were probably identified as an existing customer. I wonder if they have accepted your deferred switch. You will need to speak to or email them to find out more.I'm sure we would all be interested to hear how things go if you follow it up.
