Been with Avro for 3 years now without issue. One of the cheapest and when my Credit was nearly £200 I asked to be refunded £100 and it was in my account withing a week.

Anyone had a Smart meter installed on Avro? mine went in before Christmas, both the new meters details are shown on the website and previous readings (from old meters) have gone. What happens now? will they just use smart readings monthly so I don't have to go out and read them to submit online? Information on the website is pitiful on this, I heard they are not capable of processing smart meters yet. Anyone been up and running on them with Avros?0

My guess is that if they are expecting a manual reading from you then they will send you one of their regular reminders each month. It would probably be wise to keep submitting manual readings until they start ignoring them in favour of their own automatic readings. Not a definitve answer, I know but hope it helps.

Have never had any problem with Avro, but today after I submitted my latest meter reading, I found that the last two statement are not showing, and there's not a second page to check for them. Last statement available is October's.
Am going to email to ask where they are?
Anyone else missing statements.0 -

Anyone else missing statements. On the Avro account I manage there are 6 pages of statements showing, starting with the most recent. I do always download each new statement and save it locally though. Never trust an online account to be a reliable holding place.IME they do respond to email queries, in the stated number of days they say.

My statements section only showed pages are 1 of 1.
The auto acknowledgement to my email says response in 3-5 days but could be up to 10.0 -
Just received a response, apologising and saying the statements are now available to view, so I've downloaded them.
They do need to update their Facebook and Twitter accounts, as they've not said anything in either place since last September.1 -
Their website has changed quite a bit in the last few months, so mabe they're overhauling it.Still has the crazy need to request a quote before you login to see what an existing customer can get though!
