No problem viewing my statements.
When I do login it shows my old account from 2017.
I have to use the drop down menu and click on my current account to view it.0 -
They have a new updated website and I dont have a dropdown box anymore, I have just tried statements going back to 2018 and am getting the same whichever one I try. Are you a current customer ?2010 said:No problem viewing my statements.

Hi Millie, I’m a recent current customer and can see all my statements (only 4 of them) . I can view whichever I select so all seems to be working ok? Cheers.1

I can access statements - and my on-the-date reading of the 14th has suffered no correction. ...
I also get the effect 2010 writes of - the website defaulting to a long-closed AVRO account. Not too big a problem - as the first thing it tells me is that my balance is 0.00. ...
I guess that I could ask AVRO to suppress it.0 -
Thanks polymaff, that`s exactly what i mean`t.polymaff said:I can access statements - and my on-the-date reading of the 14th has suffered no correction. ...

It`s just a case of using the drop-down menu to get the current account up.
But I would have thought it would show that account first.
As you say, when you login your balance is zero, until you realise it`s not the current account you`re viewing.0 -
As a former customer (left end of Feb 2020) , my log in now throws up "unexpected error occurred" message, so presume that "old" accounts haven't been transferred over.0

THIS IS WHAT THEY WANT TO EARN INTEREST IN THEIR BANK ACCOUNT.IF YOU TRY AND LOWER YOUR DIRECT DEBIT OR GET A CREDIT REFUND THATS WHEN THE PROBLEMS START.YOU WILL HAVE TROUBLE GETTING THROUGH ,BE CUT OFF,MADE TO WAIT UP TO 30 MINUTES AND IF YOU DO GET THROUGH ,GREETED BY AN UNINTERESTED PERSON,THAT HAS NO POWER APART FROM EMAILING THE RELEVENT DEPARTMENT FOR YOU. EMAILS TAKE UP TO 10 DAYS TO GET A RESPONSE.YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SPEAK TO ANY DEPARTMENT DIRECTLY.THEY WILL MAKE EXCUSES NOT TO LOWER YOUR DIRECT DEBIT OR STALL THE PROCESS. . . . WHEN YOU FIRST JOIN AVRO THEY ARE CHEAP AND EFFICIENT,BUT MONTHS DOWN THE LINE YOU WILL NOTICE THAT YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE WILL BE IN CREDIT AND START TO GO UP EVERY MONTH. . .It is the nature of paying by direct debit that your balance will go up and down depending on the time of year.Your SHOUTING was a little short on detail but it is quite possible that there was good reason to decline your request(s) for a refund or change of direct debit. The correct time to ask for a refund of any credit balance is at the end of your contract when the direct debit has run its course. It is well known that after switching to another supplier, any refund from Avro will take 8 weeks - it's part of their business model which enables them to pass on savings to their customers by way of competitive pricing.
