Men - how do you behave on a night out with the lads when in a relationship?

Honestly?
My boyfriend openly admits to looking because it's a 'guy thing'. I feel upset by this because I'm really aloof to men when I'm out.
Do you look but never touch?
Do you touch if you get the green light?
Do you not look or touch?
Is it just something us girls have to accept?

It's not a 'guy thing', it's a 'person thing'. Girls do it too, at least my female friends do. There's a world of difference between seeing someone and thinking "oh, he/she's good looking" and approaching that person to flirt with them.Newlyboughthouse wrote: »My boyfriend openly admits to looking because it's a 'guy thing'.
Everyone looks, unless they keep their eyes shut all the time. One can ignore the fact of seeing someone attractive, which is what people in relationships generally do, but one can't un-see what has been seen.Proud member of the wokerati, though I don't eat tofu.Home is where my books are.Solar PV 5.2kWp system, SE facing, >1% shading, installed March 2019.Mortgage free July 20230 -

I'm a woman, I'd look. I certainly wouldn't touch.
Hubby would look and not touch too.
I wouldn't be aloof with male or female.
Quite.
OP when you are at home and watching Strictly Come Dancing, I'm a celeb, or in fact anything where people may be less than fully clothed, do you never ever say "I would happily salsa with that (insert name of hot male dancer here)"?! nudge nudge wink wink :rotfl:0 -

I'd be very careful not to come across as too upset or disapproving of this if I were you.0 -
I believe there is only one correct answer ...
I look, and think "I've got something much better than that at home"

Its not a guy thing. Your boyfriend is lacking self control! When i go out clubbing i mostly go with my female friends and they always get the 'give-it-a-go's' coming up behind them on the dance floor trying to get frisky with them. Your boyfriend sounds like 1 of them :money:Newlyboughthouse wrote: »Honestly?
