  • Andy, whilst I don't mean to be rude to someone with a far greater positing history, you are not helping. I just wanted some ideas on ownership rules and I am trying to answer people's questions, albeit some of the replies I am reading are amusing.

Anyway, in all seriousness and joking aside, how else can I catch her out?

do you know any dwarfs who could hide in your cupboards on wednesday?

Because not only have I given this marriage everything, I have given her everything she has asked for and wanted, backed down on the children idea, put up with the dog hair and I don't want to just walk away from all this effort with nothing.

And no-one is saying walk away with nothing.

Again hypothetically speaking. Talk to her. Initiate divorce proceeding if necessary and walk away with some ____ing pride and enough for a deposit.

You should not only be binned, you should be ashamed for life.

I hope you never recover :)

If you are referring to the iron, it's a joke present. Each year she buys me socks and underwear (M&S not CK) and I joke to her that she always buys me something practical, so I buy her something practical now in jest and usually buy her something fun as well.

scenario? I'm not dating where I pretend I am 21 again. I am in my 40's and she is in her late 30's
  • i'd do all the "rudies" I could with her, and her mates then tell her, then dump her....

but wouldnt get involved with the house any further
