Wife cheating, just about to buy a house

As the title suggests, I have discovered my wife has been having an affair.
I have sensed all is not well for the past few weeks as she has been working overtime in the office. I did raise an eye brow because she does office junior work and I didn't think she would be asked to do more hours for no more pay. Anyway, I trusted her.
She doesn't work Wednesdays and I am out all day.
Last weekend I was hiding her Christmas presents under our bed (there is loads of junk under there and it's dusty, so a safe place), but I discovered a pair of Calvin Klein boxer shorts (worn). Now, I don't wear Calvin Klein's and as we live alone, I could not fathom how they would end up there. They obviously haven't been there long as they weren't dusty.
They can't be my wife's because frankly if she put them on, they would resemble a cheese cutter.
Anyway, this is where I am stuck. I haven't mentioned anything because we are in the midst of buying a larger home. She inherited money earlier this year and we are buying the property on a Tenants in Common basis. As she is effectively putting in 75% of the asking price and we are using 25% from the equity in our property.
If she is having an affair and this marriage breaks down, am I right in thinking I will have half the money in the house?
but is it fair that I have given her everything she wants and then she walks away with full pockets and I stare down the barrel of buying a small house in a rougher area because I have a tiny deposit?0 -

I'm not going into the ins and outs of our se x lives on here. We do role play. Sadly, her part is usually Maris Pipers.0 -

maybe that is why she is looking elsewhere for her 'hows your father', she likes a bigger one.0 -

look, you know if your other half enjoys it or not. She does and has never had any complaints in that department. It isn't that part of our life that lacks.0 -
Equally it's not fair that you take the inheritance her father left her.
You can split what you currently have 50/50 and walk away happy.0 -

Now I'm coming to the conclusion this thread is just a wind-up....
...and if it is actually for real - I'm coming to conclusion wife is better off without OP anyway...0 -

Surely half a dog each is fairer?0 -
