The £200 payment is per pensioner household not each, always has been here

If there are 2 pensioners in the household they gets a separate letter each informing them that they will get their £100 paid into the bank,

If there is only one pensioner, the amount is £200
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.

My husband hasn't got his yet. This is his first year. He applied early, and it was all set up for him, but I thought he would have had a letter by now, but by the looks of things, it's happening to several people.

    Candy.

I don't think it necessarily relates to how early/late you apply. Ours has always come late November/early December. Surname towards the end of the alphabet, don't know if that has any bearing.

I think receiving a letter is a bit pointless. The money plops into your account and in some cases, letter comes later!

  • Last year my £100 arrived before my letter and before my husband 's.
This year he has had the letter. So far that's all.
