When I spoke to them last week they said everyone should receive their payment by the end of this month. However still awaiting on my letter. Need to buy coal for the Winter.
Don`t bother ringing up, I was on hold for 12 minutes, I rang because of my changed circumstance, just in case I had to but I didn`t need to. WFP will be in everyones bank account by christmas eve.
Unless, the WFP are snowed under with work and are passing some clients to The Bereavement Service, and they only have half the picture :eek:
It was the correct number but I wish anyone luck who tries to get to the right department within it. I tried twice. One of them told me I'd put 3 in on my phone instead of 0. How do you mistake 3 for 0?
No communication between departments. You have to dial again. I wasn't starting again a third time (12 minute wait) so I've given up for now.
I also tried the 0345 915 1515 number and they directed me back to the other one.
My £150 has arrived today alongside my normal weekly SRP payment.
