I have just been rummaging through the garage and found a sealed tub with £20.00 in in 1ps and 2ps from our last house (we moved over 2 years ago and the garage is still full of stuff to sort). I have loads of baby things I could sell like my highchair and playpen but dont know if I could part with them. Has anyone else managed to part with their baby stuff?
So total so far now stands at £25.00 :jPay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000

Yep - just done it this week. Needed the space. I tried to sell it, but nothing sold, so in the end I donated it to a local pregnancy crisis charity centre who had advertised in the local paper for much needed items. They loan the items out to women who need the equipment and are in difficult circumstances - such as people who have feld their homes due to domestic violence or because they have been thrown out i they are teen mums. It as quite emotional putting it all in the car but I know I won't be having anymore kids (got 3 already), so I just don't need it and I haven't got space in my house for sentiment!Olympic Countdown Challenge #145 ~ DFW Nerd #389 ~ Debt Free Date: [STRIKE]December 2015[/STRIKE] September 2015

yes, that's what I felt too - its going to be used over and over again by women who really really need it. It has lasted me all my 3 children, I really can't complain at not getting any money for it as I have had my moneysworth out of it. I strongly urge anyone else thinking of getting rid of baby equipment to see if your local area has a similar centre which would accept the donations.Olympic Countdown Challenge #145 ~ DFW Nerd #389 ~ Debt Free Date: [STRIKE]December 2015[/STRIKE] September 2015

I've kept my baby stuff, as hoping to have another soon. We have been very lucky and had tons donated to us over the years and still get things for my dd now!
Only made 99p on ebay yesterday, not much but it brings up the total towards leccy bill a bit. Need to sort out doing a car boot sale, ask mum to babysit (I'm not a baby! as my dd says!) and rope dh to help.0 -

Hi everyone and welcome to all newcomers
Here are my 2 comps of the day:
Win 1 of 100 chocolate bars (ok, I know it's not the best prize in the world but it boosts your confidence if you win and there's more chance of winning at comps like this). It closes on 31st August:

And for a more decent prize, try:

A trolley dash is my dream prize - I would love to be able to do this and think how much you would save on your shopping- it closes on 31st August too.
Good luck
Emily x0
