HOW R U GUYS GONNA CLEAR THESE DEBTS? I THINK ILL JOIN THIS CHALLENGE!

I WANNA CLEAR THESE FOR CHRISTMAS:

    BoB: 450.00
    Tots Junction: 380.60
    Water: 101.49

I'LL BE EBAYING BUT CANT THINK O MUCH ELSE TO DO?

    Welcome to the challenge :D

I will mainly be selling on Ebay (mainly competition prizes), mystery shopping and answering questions on AQA.

I know others do a bit of matched betting to make some extra money.

Hope that helps, I'm sure we can all come up with some other ideas for money-making ;) .

    Good luck

I am going to clear my debts through a combination of the normal monthly payments I would make anyway, ebay, quidco, hubby's overtime, and anything else that comes in extra

Same here, normal payments, overtime (got 8 days worth in the run up to Xmas) and anything else we can think of. Have joined the grocery challenge so I'm going to try to reduce my monthly spending too!

I am just going to use my money more wisely. I did my soa for my debt diary and technically should be able to pay more off my debts. I am going to halve my spending on food and use the extra money from my reduced nursery fees too. x x

I was thinking about how to pay off the overdraft, I always think right I won't spend any more than budgeted for then the next payday we won't be so far in it. But that never works!

What do you think about keeping aside any money from budgeted outgoings e.g. food, petrol etc that isn't spent and then repaying into the account? I like to have the cash for these things to see how much is left. Any other tips most welcome. :D

  • Wow!! dont you just love freecycle. I got 4 packing boxes - yes 4 of books tonight. Have had a quick look on amazon and some are worth a few pounds. Fantastic!! Just need to find the time to list them now. Some of them are really old and dont have ISBN number so am not sure what to do with them. Any ideas? Hoping they will get me a few pounds. Loving the comps emily x
