As an athletics coach, I would be very careful in your shoes, OP. England Athletics take a very dim view of 'relations' between coaches and athletes, even over the age of 18, and, should you be a coach, you risk having your licence suspended should this young lady make a complaint about you.0

Not that I'm condoning the situation but..
Is a coach likely to be pension age?
The young lady concerned is approaching middle age if she's in her 30s.left the forum due to trolling/other nonsense

The overwhelming majority of coaches in athletics are volunteers, and tend to be, shall we say, middle aged and above, including me. There are many coaches well into their 70's coaching! Regarding the coach/athlete relationship - above the age of 18 of course it is a choice, but is still frowned on in most club circles where there is a large age gap.0

Has the OP said he's an athletic coach at this club or have you made an assumption? (which may or may not be wrong)0 -

I heard one case where a man married a horse. He was nagged a lot though.
On a more serious note, it all sounds a little creepy. Either ask her out casually and see what happens or stop, either way remove the pictures.0 -

I did say 'should you be a coach' - people going regularly to athletics clubs tend to be either coaches, club officials or supporters.
Coaches outnumber the others by a large number in my experience.0 -
