    So, my gas faulty meter is still in limbo, running without gas usage and still waiting for something to happen.

    On another matter, anyone knows how to add electricity account to existing gas account? I was told on the phone, that when I choose to switch online, I will be able to add electricity to existing gas account, but I don't see anything like it.

    Yes, I'm afraid you are using it incorrectly.  It only requests £1 if it has helped you, but it's not compulsory.  Not an unreasonable request because it's a very useful and comprehensive resource which obviously requires a lot of time and money to keep it updated and online.
    After 11 calls to PfP, I finally wrote to CEO. Sent detailed log of events. Let see if it works.

    I applied on the 1st June and am set to start supply with them on the 22nd June - 16 working days.
  • I see that they have now gone bust. I am with them and will have to see what happens now!

    Customers now switched to British Gas who will put them on a different tariff.
