There's no valid reason for this, it means their so-called "quotation" can't possibly be accurate.Even worse, the say they assume you use 55% at night, "the Ofgem average". That's a blatant lie because Ofgem says it's only 42%.My night consumption is only 22%, so they'd charge me far, far more than their "quotation". If I switched to them they'd have obtained my custom by deception, to the detriment of their honest competitors.Steer well clear of PFP, choose an honest supplier instead. So you'd trust a company that quotes people £3xx for energy but actually charges them £5xx?Would you buy a used car from a company that clocked the mileometers?0

PFP are still showing the cheapest for my usage (standard meter) so am following this thread carefully. FYI, I am very proactive in when I send my (manual) meter reads and know what my annual usage is likely to be for the next year. The now defunct YE required me to send in meter reads which I did religiously the day before my bill was raised and the billing worked perfectly. I do wonder how genuine the reviews on TrustPilot are?
Recent experiences of current and ex PFP customers would be appreciated0 -
Just signed up with PFP for their dual fuel E7 Green V1 tariff. When I phoned to sign up the phone was promptly answered and questions dealt with clearly and efficiently. Welcome pack and online account and Tariff confirmation details promptly followed. So far so good will report later how the switch goes.0

I have just received my 1st bill. The switch went ok apart from the mysterious 3rd party, who adjudicates meter readings, overruling my photos of readings and even rejecting PFPs own meter reader who was sent 2days after switching.
The bill was accurate and detailed. The online account wouldn’t accept E7 readings at first but this was corrected eventually after several contacts with various departments.Overall I’m fairly satisfied but concerned about online systems and customer service partly outsourced to South Africa.0 -
I logged a ticket about faulty meter (runs even when gas is off) on 29th of March, was told someone from meter team will contact me in 5-10 business days. No one contacted me, even though I chased this ticket at least 4-6 times and was promised 3 times that my ticket will be priority and someone will contact me.
Once, when I called to chase, I was told someone from external company will come on 30th of April, no one called me about it and no one showed up. I stayed at home for the whole day just in case and also tried to get in touch with company called SMS, but couldn't get to human being during 5 calls and gave up calling them. It's not a free number and I have limited number of minutes on my mobile plan.
I also contacted billing team to contest my bill due to faulty meter and they responded that they can see my open ticket already and they will add comment to it to prioritise it. With no effect, I should add.
I wonder if there's contact email to CEO or something similar, where I could write and force this company to action. When I call, I talk to call centre and they can't do anything except tell me that they will add priority to ticket, etc. Today they promised me, someone will call me in 24h. I don't exactly believe it.

Try putting a review on trust pilot. I got a response quickly and a result eventually.0

No one called me back as promised, so I guess it's CEO email time. Customer service is somewhere abroad and the only thing they can do, is to send email or update ticket, but technical department never contacts me. Again, customer service agent said he will send email to booking department and that's the only thing he can do it.
Maybe I'm using this Ceoemail website incorrectly, but it wants money to show contact details, so it's no use to me. I found name of managing director, but not his email. I guess, I can try to generate email address based on name and domain and send it this way.
