rubber peeling off sidewall of recently changed tyre - what to do??

I had my front two tyres changed about 6 weeks ago from Halfords. I went for Continental Premium Contact 5 which I thought were good quality. looking at the pictures ,if you look at the word contact on the tyre

the last T is damaged as well
kerbed tyre it looks like i would think
