Been to yoga, it was lovely.

Been shopping, going to list the bits I brought and put them away whilst having a cuppa.

Then plan is to make breaded chicken and a cake.

Ah LW who really cares about flying <snip> Mind you that is a fair stash on top of the wardrobe. Sounds a bit like my utility room cupboards.
I was working from memory when I posted that list - I'd forgotten there's also a small box containing "light guns" belonging to the PS2, and (very important, this one) an empty, but strong, cardboard box, which, inverted, serves as Cassie Dog's dining table.

At least you'll get the tooth, the whole tooth, and nothing but the tooth.
    :rotfl:
    I'll get my coat.
Seriously though Bossy I personally would be inclined to have the blighter taken out and have done with, but that's just me.;)

Mr LW has polished ALL our boots and shoes except for my thigh boots (which are apparently easier to do when I'm wearing them) ready for winter. :A

I've had a call from the Franchisee, juggling dogs - Jack will leave me 2 days early (and probably go to the Franchisee for 2 days) so that I can have Ted, who is "special needs" and always comes to me, for his 5-day break at the beginning of January.

Been into town as Mr LW needed something urgently - did the F&V run for this week to save going in again Saturday. Other than that I've achieved very little today, apart from making a cheese & herb loaf, which should be cooked in *checks clock * about 15 minutes' time.
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

Yes I'm thinking that's probably the best. I don't have ££££s just lying around, and the possibility of redundancy and going back to my studies needs to be factored in too.

Aww DS "made" dinner for his beavers cookery badge, bless him. DD helped too, they pricked sausages, cut up veg, made gravy and put yorkshire puds in the oven :) he even helped clean up after and load the DW :A so there's nothing much for me to do after beavers which is always welcome! I'm feeling tired so we might all just go straight to bed :T

  • Well I managed to accomplish everything I wanted today - some ironing, a trip to pick up my sick note, a trip to work where I stayed the whole of lunchtime and some shopping - (and a social trip to the CS, where I blagged a cuppa) and then came home. I did go to bed for 2 hours but I feel fine now, and I did cook the tea...

Hope everyone has a good day. Thinking of bossy and the moos at this difficult time - my anniversary is next Tuesday (dad and f-I-l, different years).

  • Evening all,

Just catching up with thread, piggers the bumholes made me laugh loud! I really like fig rolls too, not sure I will look at them in the same way.

Can't tell you anything about flying, as I've only done the daily stuff (and that is only partly true). Have been shopping though. Seem to have spent most of week nit combing. Boo.

Hope tooth OK Bossy OH has been to an emergency appointment today with a mega toothache. Told he needs root canal. He has had no luck with teeth this year. Hope you get it sorted x

Hugs to all. Or whatever you like

Evening ladies - had a very busy day trying out my new cordless Vax vacuum and my steam cleaner (how sad am I to be excited about new household items :rotfl: DH also bought me a Karcher window sucky, so I may finally get streak-free glass, but not tried that yet ;) ) Finally had enough of my elderly Dyson - it's too heavy and cumbersome and despite regular cleaning and servicing loses performance very quickly, plus the replacement parts I bought a few weeks back were melted by DSS hovering up hot ash from the fireplaces! I couldn't really have too much of a moan as he was trying to be helpful, bless him, plus he'd repaired the cable that one of the puppies chewed through with connector I was recommended to get on this thread. I will take it into the garage for use in there.

Anyhow - I have hoovered and steamed all the downstairs hard stone, slate or quarry tiled floors, except the old brick hallway floor, as the dogs are constantly traipsing mud back in from the garden, so I'll do that before my online shop arrives in the morning. I am keeping up with everyone's news, but I am nodding off as I type, so beddy-byes for me. See you tomorrow x

    Morning all

sis stayed for hours yesterday, we needed to have a difficult conversation (hate that sort of thing).

Washed up this morning, DW is on, bird feeder washed out, will refill once it has aired.

    Plan
Strip our bed and put WM on
    Showr
    Pilates
    Mr L shop
    lunch
Go shopping for somthing to wear tomorrow (failed in this yesterday), return stuff brought yesterday.
Make cake (didn't have enough eggs or butter yesterday)
Re kondo fold one of my drawers
    Make our bed

Right best get to it, DS3 and I have the start of a cold each so today maybe a bit of an effort.
