In the meantime, the poor OP is probably wondering what he/she has let him/herself in for.

May I suggest that the arguments are split off into another thread (preferably shaped like a boxing ring) and the occupants left to it?
May I also suggest that future threads meant to help people do not descend into "IPC appeal" v "no IPC appeal", or "The Deep" versus "most of the rest", whatever?

We all know where CM stands and where The Deep stands on the matter, isnt it enough to point to the pros and cons on the subject in the Newbies thread??

short update:
today I have posted tracking letter to Aldi customer care to cancell fine with all proof.

I still did not received any written communication from UKPC.

CM, along with all the others, you have failed to grasp my point. For PPCs to send valid NTKs they must do as you all say, but we all know they many send invalid NTKs. I really do not see an argument here, am I being too sophisticated for you all?

Deep - shhh... you are fermenting torment where there is none.

Intellectually your points stand-up. But are they core to the thread? Time for a little self reflection - you are precise, but sometimes a little distant. in my view we would all show a little more humility with a huge dose of self-deprecation.

Guys - I am relatively new, but value this board immensely. All well thought contributions are valuable, so no need to for anyone to get bent out of shape over a difference of opinions.

I thought you said in an earlier posting that Aldi told you that the used Parking eye , not UKPC ?

They told me that when I called customer care. But it not cost me to send letter by post. At least to try.
