Thank you all for comment.
I called Aldi customer office today. But they told me that they do not have contract with UKPC only with Parking eye and if I had their ticket they could cancel it if I send proof which I stated in my post at beginning.
Still I will go to Aldi store and talk with manager but I read also someone post that special Aldi in Hatfield do not have connection with UKPC.
if Aldi do not use UKPC , why have UKPC placed a ticket on your car IF you were in a Aldi car park ?0 -

and to add to this UKPC do not seem to have allowed the statutory grace period on arrival at the location , this was implemented specifically to cover to time needed to locate a pay machine , buy and return to the car to display it.
what is the location as shown on the ticket
summot sticks in my mind that to enable the issuing of a NTK they HAVE to get your details from the DVLA , if not the NTK is not valid0 -

Here? Given that there are a number of units on site it is highly unlikely Aldi own the land.0 -
I think the site is called Parkhouse Court, and you may be interested to know that the local MP was happy to take credit for the signs.

and since the change in signage in 2010 there have been a lot of changes , mainly the POFa 2012 , and more recently the "grace period" allowance
since UKPC lost there access to the DVLA , they are not making any money , so need to "cheat" things like the compulsory grace period.
the way things stand between them and the BPA at the moment , one , just one complaint of "cheating" might just cause them the necessary "point" to loose there accreditation0 -
You obviously missed #10 where I explained that this is indeed the case & quoted the relevant paragraphs from POFA 2012.enfield_freddy wrote: »summot sticks in my mind that to enable the issuing of a NTK they HAVE to get your details from the DVLA , if not the NTK is not valid0 -
Not so if you write to them stating you are the keeper though. Many people out themselves thusly. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
