    You can't argue that (well, you can, you can argue anything - but it wouldn't necessarily be valid) as not everyone on all sales is getting a carrier bag. Some people might bring their own bags or otherwise not require a bag and not need to pay at all. They need to charge 5p per carrier bag. I realise it's defeating the money-saving ethos:rotfl:.

  • Re the BG shops, I done a shop tonight, the total was £33, the BG automatically took £9 odd off and then when I scanned my £6 off £30 it wasn't accepted as I hadn't spent enough.
