I do love my diary, I would be lost without it.
I was in a meeting today, and we were planning another one in a few months. Everyone got their diary out, except the 2 men and a younger woman who got their phones out....... I was impressed as there was around 30 people so 27 with diaries (but I still took the mikey out of the phone calendar people).. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:100 -

On the subject of their Brand Guarantee, I have won an argument with Tesco:
Thank you for your reply and providing the additional information.
I appreciate your concerns regarding the lack of knowledge about the Brand Guarantee from my colleagues in store. I can assure you that they were all briefed on this prior to the launch of the new Brand Guarantee, so it is disappointing to receive a complaint of this nature.
As discussed, I have raised your complaint with my Brand Guarantee Team, who advised that the issue with the Rice Crispies Squares was an error on our part. This has now been rectified and the product will compare going forward.
Furthermore, I have brought the points raised in your correspondence to the attention of the Store Management Team. Who were equally disappointed to receive a complaint of this nature, and they have promised to address the problems you had experienced in their next meeting, to see what lessons can be learned for the future.
Also, I have arranged for a £5.00 Tesco Moneycard to be sent to you as a gesture of goodwill and to cover the difference. This will arrive within the next 5 to 10 working days.
Thank you for taking the time to contact us and if you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to get in touch.
:T sweet. I also have a Ts Moneycard on the way with an unspecified amount. I asked the 29p they owed me for screwing up a refund... and then added that I used cider vouchers in Ms instead with no problem.'I solemnly swear that I am up to no good'0 -
