I called and spoke to the person who was supposed to do my second interview twice and she said she would resend the email. I also went through to live help and mentioned it on the inital interview and nothing was done. No email was resent despite being told it was. The only email received was to say that I was unsuccessful.
I really need the job so don't know if to reapply or to call again. But if they didn't send it when I called 3 times prior what good will calling do now?

Wow good luck with all the interviews today guys.. It's nothing to worry about! I can't remember the questions that were asked now but if you look through this thread or my posts from a few months ago you will see them. I posted them after my interview.
Also got my payslip today with an extra £20 on for the disclosure. Actually I didn't pay for one because I already had one but oh well:j0 -
I haven't got the £20 showing on my payslip - who do I call?0

You would be suprised how often stuff gets missed, call them again, ask for an email contact address so that you can keep them informed as to when it finally arrives. That way you have a single point of contact that you can keep going back to until its sorted.
Thank you. I just called again but forgot the time difference, so left a message.
Fingers crossed aye...
Good luck to all those who have interviews.
