Sometimes if there is a delay in getting clearance it ends up in the next pay packet, just keep prodding till you get confirmation back that its being sorted out.

Have spoken to trainer and he can't help. There wasn't any delay with clearance, it was all sorted a couple of months ago and sent off to them with the hire documents. It was also emailed to them about 3 weeks prior to that.

I need to speak to either Payroll or Ellen.

If you can do it by email then thats the best way to go, you get to keep a copy of what you send and can also point out how many times etc you have chased it. Payroll aren't that bad at sorting things once they are told so email/ contact them as soon as poss and no doubt it will be in your next pay packet.

My 2nd interview went really well!!! I now have the choice to choose between Techincal Support or Sales, someone help me decide, I would love to do the Technical support role, I only have basic technical knowledge, is this something I could pick up within the 4 weeks training? does it explain everything in training that customers will be asking?

Please help, very much appreciated!! :j

I've just had my phone interview, had the phone meeting yesterday.

I wasn't offered any position, only told I'd be informed if/when I get the job in 2-3 days. It sounds bad compared to yours if you've been offered the job

She did say I past all the tests though...

Shane no need to worry at this point. I was told the same as you after my telephone interview whilst Daffodil was told she was successful during the call. I was still offered a position

Training was fun again! Have also just been informed by one of my referees that they were contacted today to give a telephone reference:eek: Haha!
